The main purpose of the bachelor thesis is to describe technological state of rough upper construction of the steel production hall which is part of the location of the company Melites s.r.o, I will design optimal working procedure for the most effective construction regarding the foundations of the construction. I will focus on different variants of the lifting equipment. Furthermore, I will concentrate on fire prevention systems for steel constructions while applying the knowledge on this particular object. In addition, the thesis includes budget, monitoring and test plan and schedule of work in which I will mention also building envelope of the steel hall.

This bachelor's thesis aims to clearly describe the building technology stage of gross superstructure hall Vienna Point 3 within the modernization of the entire premises of the company. The content of this bachelor thesis is to address supply parts for assembly and its transport from the processing plant to the designate place of hall Vienna Point 3. Furthermore, the equipment of construction zone, efficient technologies, quality control of work, schedule of work and the construction budget. My aim was to design a progress of work in order to take maximum advantage of the steel skeleton, especially the speed of construction.

Thesis deals with design of construction site, construction and technological study of construction of steel manufacturing hall, items budget according to project documentation, financial and time planing, proposal of suitable mechanical assembly including lifting mechanisms, safety of work, environmental plan and monitoring and test planing.
