Small apartment building

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of construction documentation for a small apartment building. The building is located on an almost perfectly flat area near the Morava River in Napajedla. The structure of the building consists of four above-ground floors and one underground floor, which is completely hidden below the terrain. The underground floor contains a technical room and communal garages. The above-ground floors contain a total of 12 apartment units and accessory spaces for these apartments. The estimated number of residents of the building is 34. None of the apartment units are designed to be barrier-free. However, access to the building is barrier-free, and the parking spaces include designated spots for the handicapped. The substructure is founded on piles, followed by monolithic reinforced concrete structures. These reinforced concrete structures transition to traditional masonry construction in the first above-ground floor, using a combination of ceramic blocks and monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling structures. The roof of the building is intended to be a flat green roof with extensive vegetation.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the processing of project documentation for the new construction of the Apartment building Concreto with almost zero energy consumption. The building is designed as a three-story fully basement structure. The underground floor includes collective garage and technical rooms. The first, second, and third floors contain residential units. A total of 21 residential units have been designed. The building has a flat single-layer roof with gravel. The structural system of the building is a skeleton frame, consisting of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns, beams, and braces. The exterior walls are made of brick blocks with an ETICS contact insulation system. Another significant structural element is the core with the elevator shaft. The horizontal structures are formed by SPIROLL ceiling panels. The building is founded on prefabricated cup footings placed on monolithic piles. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation in the stage of construction implementation. The proposed apartment building is located in Brno, in the urban area of Bystrc, district Brno-city and is located on a plot with sloping terrain. The residential building is designed as a detached five-storey building with a flat roof. The individual floors are divided as follows, one underground floor serving as a collective garage with a total of 15 parking spaces including one for disabled persons, there is also a technical background of the apartment building, in the form of a technical room and an air-conditioning room. Furthermore, the building consists of four floors, the first contains 4 separate commercial premises with its own sanitary facilities, the other each floor contains 4 residential units including one apartment adapted for wheelchair users. A total of 12 residential units of different layouts are proposed in the apartment building. The individual floors are connected by a monolithic staircase and a rope elevator without a machine room. The structure of the building is designed as a wall structure, combining monolithic walls in the underground floor and ceramic masonry in the above-ground floors. A contact insulation system ETICS is designed. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is designed as a flat single-skin roof with ballasted aggregate. The building is based on a foundation slab.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the development of project documentation for the new construction of a residential building at the level of construction implementation. The proposed building is located in the outskirts of the village of Chrudim in the locality Na Špici. The main task was to create a pleasant environment for the inhabitants of the house while respecting the character of the surrounding buildings. The Na Špici locality is sought after for its modern appearance and attractive location. It is a detached U-shaped building with three above-ground and one underground floor. On the underground floor there is a collective garage, cellar and technical background of the apartment building. Only residential units are located on the above-ground floors. Each floor has five residential units of different layouts. The main entrance to the building is from the north-west side through the entrance gate, the entrance to the collective garage is on the opposite side, so as to minimize the noise from car traffic, which would negatively affect the environment of the courtyard with greenery. All the floors are connected by an external staircase and lift with a connection to the external pavements that run through the courtyard and form a communication between the apartments. The structural system is made of aerated concrete blocks in combination with reinforced concrete and sand-lime blocks. The foundation of the building is based on plain concrete footings. The horizontal bearing structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs and the roofing is designed with extensive vegetation.

The bachelor’s thesis entitled Bytový dům Zborovská deals with the processing of the project documentation of an apartment building with almost zero energy consumption at the level of documentation for the execution of the construction. The object is located in the outskirts of the city Kroměříž, in the given area there is another development of apartment and family houses. The building is designed as a brick building with four above-ground floors and one monolithic underground floor, in which there are spaces for collective garages and the building’s technical facilities. 18 residential units with different layouts are designed in the apartment building. The floors are separated from each other by a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling, which is designes as a cross-reinforced slab. The building is covered with a flat single-layer roof with coating insulation.
Multifunctional building Litomyšl

Diploma thesis deals with the design of the multifunctional building located between Havlickova and F. Vogner streets in relation to the existing building in Litomyšl. Building plot is slightly sloping, at the rear goes into greater inclination. The building has four aboveground floors and one underground floor. The building includes services, located in ground floor, administrative premises decomposing in the second and third floor and apartments on the top floor. In the basement are located parking spaces. Supporting skeleton of the building is a cast-in-place concrete frame. Roofs are designed as a flat single shell. In part of roof over third floor is a green roof. The building is founded on piles. Due to the occurrence of water pressure is building an extra solved waterproofing system with checks and activation. The work includes text messages, drawings for building construction, fire safety design, construction and physical assessment of building structures and specialization from concrete structures.

The subject of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation multifunctional building. It is a five-storey building with a basement. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer, flat roof. The building is divided into three working parts. Prví part is used for housing. It consists of 18 housing units, one of which is designed for wheelchair use. The second part of the building is intended for the public. This area retail sales. Includes store books, toys shop, newsagent and a hairdressing salon. The last part of it is public garage. It is intended for users of residential units.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an apartment building in Humpolec. It is an apartment building, which has four floors above ground and one underground floor. On the first floor part of the house is designed for administration. The building is built on a slightly sloping terrain and is free-standing. Main entrance with entrance to the collective garage is situated to the southwest, where the existing access road is. Nine different housing units are designed. The construction system is made of ground ceramic blocks. The ceilings are made of prestressed panels and the roof is single skin. The work contains project documentation of the actual implementation.

The building has four aboveground floors and underground garages. The ground floor is divided into relaxation area and a commercial section with five shopping units. The second and the third floor are designed as a variable office space. The engine room for ventilation is situated on the fourth floor. Construction system is cast-in-place concrete frame. The building is roofed with the green roofs. Foundations are made of large diameter drilled piles.
