ABSTRACT The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is an architectural study created within the AG033 subject. This study is the elaboration of the documentation for building permission and documentation for construction. The subject of this thesis is the design of a new building for the Volkswagen Group car center, which is to serve for sales, warranty and post-warranty repairs and servicing of ŠKODY, SEAT, VW and AUDI cars. This building is situated in Mikulov town, cadastral area Mikulov, in the industrial zone of the town. The specified set of plots is located near agricultural and industrial buildings at the end of Jiráskova street on flat terrain, there was no need to preserve the character of the existing sorrounding buildings. The building has a maximum of two floors in the part of the showroom, in the rest part of the building there is only one floor. The whole building is divided into thee basic parts: Showroom, warehouse, service. The remaining areas of the land are divided into the forecourt of a representative showroom, of communication and parking for customers, employees and parking lots. These areas are complemented by grassy areas with low greenery. The whole building is designed as several cubes stacked together. An exclusively flat roof at different height levels is designed here. The main entrance is located in the showroom facing south with the representative forecourt adjacent to Jiráskova street. The showroom has large wooden-aluminium windows and serves as a showcase for the car center. The structure is made of reinforced conncrete frame loadbearing structure filled with large windows and aerated concrete bloctks YTONG, the entire building is panelling by sandwich thermal insulation panel systém from Kingspan. The roof plane is solved using sandwich roof insulation panels also from the same company.
Detached house with a workshop

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and elaboration a project documentation for a family house with an establishment (travel agency), which is located on plot no. 240 in Rosice near Brno. The family house is designed as a two storey with residential attic. The first floor is used for work and the second floor is used as a relax zone. At the northwest side of the family house is designed the establishment - travel agency. Entrance to the family house and establishment is situated at the northeast side of the object, where is also a garage. Before the entrance there are two parking place for customers. Residential part of the building is at the east and the southeast side of the object. Establishment – travel agency is oriented at the northwest side. The selected land for this building is flat, detached and located on plot no. 240 in Rosice near Brno. The entrance to the family house and establishment - travel agency is designed as a barrier free. The building will be based on concrete foundation strips made of C16/20 concrete. The perimeter walls on the first floor and the second floor are designed by Ytong load-bearing masonry. Ceiling structures are ceramic ceilings from the Porotherm system. The roof over family house is designed as a saddle roof and the roof over garage is designed as a counter roof. The building is insulated by Isover contact insulation system.

This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. It is also proposed sanitary facilities for visitors to the restaurant, kitchen with storage and facilities for staff. The second part is the wellness center, which consists of a gym and rooms with infrared sauna and whirlpool. This section is designed sanitary facilities for visitors separated for men and women. The last part of the pension, which used to accommodate 30 people and the background of the pension. Backgrounds pension means any technical equipment room, storage room for bikes and skis, and not least the individual room house, which also includes a room for personal hygiene. Wellness hotel, Prostřední Bečva

The intention of my diploma´s thesis was project of new building of wellness hotel located in the cadaster unit of village Horní Bečva. Plot for this building was chosen mild slope. Numbers of these plots are 764/1 and 769/1. Besides of hotel structure, there will be a structure of parking with 26 parking spots. Hotel will offer opportunity for all-seasons accomodation. Hotel guests will be able to visit wellness situated in the 4th floor and restaurant situated in the 1st floor. Restaurant will be allowed also for an external guests. Location for placement of this new building is suitable for this type of building. The hotel is solved as four-storey building. The external and internal loadbearing masonry are created from sand-lime brick of system KM BETA SENDWIX. The floor structures are created as cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. The building has contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The diploma’s thesis has the form of design documentation for the building process.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a project of a new detached house which is situated in the cadaster unit of the town of Vepříkov. The building is a two-floor detached house with a detached garage and no cellar, designed for a four-member family. The perimeter constructions consist of sand-lime blocks km beta sendwix and are insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The horizontal load-bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete hollow core slabs dennert. The building is roofed with a mono-pitched roof with exposed rafters of 5° slope. The bachelor’s thesis has the form of design documentation for the building process.

This master´s thesis deals with the proposal of the kindergarten in the cadastral territory Moravany u Brna, district Brno-venkov. This object is self-standing building in a newly-built area. The kindergarten is designed for two schoolrooms up to the total number of forty-eight pupils. The object is double-storeyed, the part of the object has the basement. The roof is flat with a coating insulation, loaded with a mix of gravel and rubble. The object is designed as a brick construction with a contact thermal insulation system. The object is situated in a slightly sloping terrain.

The building is located in the village Topolná in gently sloping terrain and is designed for a family of 4 members. House is designed as a freestanding, two-floored, with flat roof. The house has a garage. Above the garage there is a terrace and green roof. Vertical structures are bricked of lime-sand bricks, ceiling construction is monolithic reinforced concrete. The intention of my bachelor’s thesis was to create an appropriate and gentle place for four to five-member family. The project solves a new building of detached house in cadaster unit of village Vigantice in the mild slope land. The building is solved with two story´s with partial cellar. The first above-ground floor has plan of letter “L”, the part of the building with the cellar has rectangular plan. The external and internal loadbearing masonry are created from sand-lime brick of system KM BETA SENDWIX. The floor structures are created as cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. The major area of the building is roofed with mono-pitched roof made from timber truss girder with a different slope in a main and a minor (garage) part of the building. The main part with the slope of 7,5 % and the minor part with the slope of 13 %. The room of wind lobby is roofed with flat roof. The building has contact thermal insulation of system ETICS. The bachelor’s thesis has the form of design documentation for the building process.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the construction of a family house. The house is designed in the outskirts of Kostelec na Hané. The detached building consists of three above-ground floors, a basement, a live-in attic and a gable roof. The house has three apartment units, one on each floor. The ground floor apartment is barrier-free. In the basement there is a garage with three parking spaces, technical facilities and storage units. The structure of the building is a system of ceramic blocks Porotherm with ETICS insulation. The roof consists of a wooden truss and ceramic tiles, thermal insulation is with mineral wool. The foundation is made of plain concrete strips. The main entrance and common staircase is on the north/northwest side. The main habitable rooms are oriented to the south and west. Additionally there is a parking lot for occasional parking designed on the plot.
