Customer Satisfaction and Proposals for its Improvement

This diploma thesis deals with a concept of arrangements designed to increase customer satisfaction of Pražírna, s.r.o. The first section describes the theoretical background. The following analytical section analyses activities of the company and its contemporary marketing mix. This section also contains an analysis of the corporation's background, marketing research and SWOT analysis. The last section suggests changes and recommendations for enhancement of customer satisfaction in the area of provided services and marketing communication.
Possibilities of Using Some Elements of Project-based Learning in German Lessons in Secondary Schools in the Czech Republic

The project method is not an unknown method. Since the time of Jan Amos Komenský, in whose work some of its universal principles also appeared, it has occupied its rightful place among other methods. From the latest scientific points of view it ranks among activity-based methods and approaches. They particularly emphasize the importance of emotionally charged activities, the multi-sensory approach to the subject matter, and the close connection to the real world and real-life situations. A model formulated by the German pedagogue Herbert Gudjons, which significance lies primarily in the complexity of its conception, seems to be one of the most appropriate models of the project nowadays. The project method itself has its positive aspects but also certain difficulties and risks which we have to take into consideration when deciding what teaching method to use Moreover, as far as the foreign language teaching is concerned, some features of the general model of the project method are not applied in foreign language teaching at all or just partially. Plánování a řízení projektů pro společnost CIRCON Circle Consulting, s. r. o.

Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření reálného projektu s pomocí využití dvou softwarových produktů a jejich následné porovnání za použití metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. Prvním softwarovým produktem je Microsoft Project. Tato aplikace je přímo určena pro plánování a řízení projektů a pro komunikaci s projektovým týmem. Druhým produktem je aplikace Microsoft Dynamics AX a v ní modul Projekt. Modul je určen pro řízení projektů, správu zdrojů, vytváření odhadů a prognóz, sledování rozpočtů a reálných výdajů na konkrétní projekt či časové plánování. Aplikace MS Dynamics AX je řešením pro plánování a řízení firemních zdrojů (ERP) a e-business, stejně tak i pro řízení vztahů se zákazníky, řízení výroby, řízení dodavatelského řetězce, fungování elektronického obchodu nebo finančního řízení.
