The thesis is about recruitment in the company. About human resource management, recruitment and selection of employees. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The main objective of this work is to describe how the processes of recruitment and the methods of employee selection take place in two companies and then make recommendations for them. The first part briefly describes the human resource management strategy. It is focuses on the acquisition process and employee selection methods. The second part then examines the process of recruitment and the methods of selection of employees in two companies. At the end of the thesis are written recommendations for each company.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is the creation of the business plan for the establishment of the barbershop in Tábor city centre and the economic evaluation of this plan with the financial analysis method. This work is composed of the theoretical and practical part. The basic terms connected with business, the particularity of small and medium scale businessmen, and especially the business plan structure are described in the theoretical part. The particular methods like PEST analysis, Porters five forces model and SWOT analysis are explained in detail. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is employed to the establishment of the barbershop. The final business plan is used for the assessment of the feasibility and viability of the intention.
Business Plan for Establishment of Trade

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is composing the business plan for the establishment of the shop with beads. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part the basic terms from the area of enterpreneurship are defined. There is also the content of each chapter, which creates the business plan. In the practical part the theoretical knowledge is implemented into practice. There is a business plan where the marketed product and target markets are defined. The external, competitive and internal environment is analysed here and the marketing, opertional and financial plan is elaborated. On the basis of the created plan it is possible to assess its feasibility.
Influence of Employee Satisfaction on Business Competitiveness

The primary purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of the human resources on the competitiveness of a company and identify if the satisfaction of the employees has an impact on it. In the first part of this study, I carried out the operationalization of the main terms, in particular, the competitiveness of the company and the connection to the human resources, the satisfaction of the employees and the factors, which could influence that. I carried out the research in two competitive companies - "SINKA Reklama" and "SC Metal". The satisfaction of the employees was investigated by using a questionnaire survey with rating scales. Using the VRIO method, it has been ascertained how the companies assess the human resources. In order to verify the hypotheses and based on the results of the employees' satisfaction and the VRIO method, an interview with the employers was realized.
The use of neurolinguistic programming at public service employees

The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis summarizes the most important findings of neurolinguistic programming. It also contains a description of selected techniques. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the NLP with techniques applied in practice for the development of soft skills of inspectors of the State Office for Nuclear Safety. This goal was achieved through unstructured interviews and the study of internal documents, working materials and course texts. The thesis also contains semi-structured questionnaire, supplemented by information obtained by unstructured interview with inspectors and other communication with them. This questionnaire explores the opinion of inspectors on soft skills education, neuro-linguistic programming, and interest in further training in these areas.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the evaluation assessment center method as a modern tender tool. At the theoretical level, materials are elaborated, which are the basis for verifying the importance of human resources evaluation of the organization. In the theoretical part, the specifics of the assessment center method are described and explained. In the practical part, a new form of assessment center is proposed for a particular job position. Here are applied theoretical knowledge. The output of the practical part is its evaluation by an expert.
Analysis of flexible forms of employment with a focus on working from home

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to map the field of flexible forms of employment. Introduce individual forms of employment according to various authors and shortly describe them. Then evaluate several selected forms and capture their advantages and disadvantages, both from the side of employer and employee. For better understanding of the topic context, there is an introduction of a few basic concepts, explanation of the concept of flexibility and mentioned trends that currently affect employment. The greatest emphasis is on the forms of work from home. Which the practical part is focused on. The methodological part contains informations about the researched sample and the data collection method. In practical part will contain results from quantitative research using a questionnaire. The goal of the practical part is to find out the opinions of the interviewed about the work from home then their awareness of the advantages and disadvantages, an interest in given form of employment and at the same time confirmation or disproof of pre-determined research questions.
Millennials and Associated Trends and Changes in the Labour Market

This thesis deals with the issue of Millennials and their expectations in personal and professional life. It contains a thorough background research of scholarly literature connected with Millennials, approaches towards them, affiliated stereotypes, suitable methods of managing and leading them etc. There are also presented outcomes of two questionnaires that found out that Millennials from the Czech environment are characterized by similar features as are the foreign ones. The research also shows, that the knowledge of Millennials by employers is high when considered the most significant features connected with employment. The lesser knowledge is being held about personal values of the Generation Y. There also exists only partial unity of what are Millennials expecting at work and what is being actually offered. The highest rate of discrepancy was found in reasons for providing sufficient feedback on the performance and in trending forms of development, coaching particularly.

The goal of my bachelor theses was to develop a business plan and its financial analysis. First, I worked out my theoretic and methodological part, I verified what a legal form of enterprise to choose and how to proceed in the preparation of my business plan. I used theoretical finding in a practical part of my business plan. I used various methods such as a SWOT analysis, calculated a financial plan and financial analysis in which I used mainly ratio indicators.

The aim of this thesis is to develop a business plan and an economic analysis for a LLC (limited liability company). The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part defines basic terms such as entrepreneurship and entrepreneur, describes detailed structure of business plans, funding budgets and basic accounting documents. The second part applies these methods to the foundation of a new LLC. The accounting documents are calculated in three versions: An optimistic, a realistic and pessimistic scenario. The thesis ends by indicating plan's profitability and an assessment of whether it was beneficial to start the company.
