The most frequent nursing problems with children patients having atopic eczema

In the theoretical part deal with problem atopic eczema, its appearance, etiopathogenesis, clinical demonstration and therapy, I describe most frequently using methods or interesting and extraordinary methods of therapy and refer to problems which afflict patients with this disease, their parents and whole environs. I describe next services which are purveyed for these patients and I map organizations, which help in solving their problems. In the empirical part I probe amount of specify problems in patients with atopic eczema and assess medical documentation. In closing part I assess specify problems and I suggest their solving at the level nursing care i.e. I create standard plan of nursing care and educational plan.
Nursing Care for Patient with Tuberculosis

Nursing Care for Patient with Tuberculosis Tuberculosis is a disease accompanying human beings since immemorial time. Its originally epidemic occurrence has changed into endemic one. Presented bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of nursing care for patients with tuberculosis. Its objective is to outline the course of the illness as well as measures necessarily taken to avoid its further diffusion, and to describe principal nursing care for patients. The empirical part of the thesis is based on a sample survey focused on nurses' knowledge on tuberculosis and hygienic-epidemiological measures applied during prevalence of this disease. The level of knowledge in two respondents groups - nurses in pulmonary and infection departments and nurses working in other ones - are compared there.
Growth of teachers and the participation of management in art schools (related to the curricular reform)

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the teaching profession in primary schools of art in the 21st century in the context of curricular reform. It addresses not only the readiness of teachers to changes that the curriculum documents bring, but at the same time solves position management (role of directors) in this process. Concretizes the development of the teaching profession from the perspective of management in art schools. The research part of the thesis analyzes the selected documents school curricula, defines the content development for teachers through the training of teachers and emerging approaches of directors in this process. Dissertation will complete the topic by the recommendations of advanced training teachers for the management of teachers in art schools. Hygienic-Epidemiological Measures in Healthcare for Patients Colonized with MRSA

This bachelor's thesis is focus on evidence based medicine and healthcare for patients with MRSA infection or colonization. The main aim of theoretical part was to collect current regional and foreign information about topič and their comparison. The main aim of research part was pilot study to compare knowledge of nursing sisters from selected medical institutions. Respondents were nursing sisters (n=761) from teaching hospitals, lst and 2nd type hospitals, social care centers and specialized centers.
Nurse in an office of a physician caring for patients with lyme bereliosis

This thesis examines issues surrounding Lyme boreliosis. History of the disease is explored together with pathogenesis, cause, and its vector. Additionally, specific clinical expressions of the disease are identified in conjunction with assessment methods, diagnosis, and treatment. Conducted research explores attitudes and extent of information among patients. The research sample consists of patients of one family physician. Importance is of dissemination of information about this disease and education is discussed. Presented education material aimed at general population is focused on prevention of exposure to ticks, and correct removal of ticks.
Specifics and treatment of MRSA colonised patients

This work deals with analysis of knowledgements of general nurses in nurse approach to MRSA positive patients. 120 nurses from infectious clinic, gerontometabolic clinic and surgeon clinic of Teaching hospital Hradec Kralove were asked by questionary. 87 answer sheets were elaborated. The result acknowledged a good level of knowledges, but it detected deficiencies of practical abilities. Limiting factors are conditions of health institutions within providing of care and ignorance of some special nurse techniques - isolation in cohort, rigorous barrier nurse system on bed, recommended by WHO safe hospital methodology.
Implementing nursing process into practise, nurses' look to nursing documentation in local hospital in Mladá Boleslav

Bachelor's thesis deals with implementing nursing process into nursing documentation in local hospital in Mladá Boleslav. It describes a method of nursing process and nursing documentation on theoretical level. It also deals with legal consequences of documentation administration. Basis of the thesis is created by research inquiry on the level of knowledge in the area of nursing process with two groups of nurses. The findings of the knowledge are compared at both researched samples. In conclusion of the research inquiry of this thesis, administration of nursing documentation on the ward of physiotherapy in local hospital in Mladá Boleslav is assessed.
The application of nursing process in two types of healthes institutions

Bachelor's work deals with the application of nursing process in two types of healthes institutions. It balances the distance against a method of implementing putting nursing process into practice. It tries to find facilitating factors and faktors which make difficulty for the application of nursing process. Also it compares the personnel's preparedness for introdiction of nursing process . The inquiry has been provided with nonstandard's questionnaire method. The surveyed sample are nurses near sick-bed, ward nurses, senior nursing officer from surgery, internal medicine and anaesthetic-resuscitation ward and deputy of nursing care.
