This bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of customer satisfaction. Theoretical part of defining a general solution to problems associated with the customer satisfaction concept and approach KCRM. The practical part is focused on a particular company and propose steps to introduce the concept KCRM into this firm. The result of this approach should be to streamline business with key customers to mutual satisfaction.

Volby do obecního zastupitelstva ve Strakonicích v letech 2018 a 2019

The thesis deals with municipal policy in Strakonice. The main goal is to compare the results of elections at years 2018 and 2019. In the theoretical part, there will be defined terms as public administration, municipal elections, political marketing and political market. After that, in the practical part, an analysis and comparison of election campaigns of candidate political entities will be performed, because due to the restriction of equal conditions of political competition, the 2018 elections were canceled by a court decision. For this reason, the basis of the work is an analysis of the means of promotion used by all candidate parties. Since the results of the municipal elections most influence the everyday life of citizenship, the conclusion of the diploma thesis is a questionnaire survey, which forms an idea of the relationship of the electorate. At the end of the work, these data will be analyzed and research questions will also be answered.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to create a literature search to summarize the knowledge about assortative mating based on personality traits and its influence on reproductive success in mammals. In this study were searched answers for the following questions: How is a partner for reproduction selected? Which mating is more common, Assortative or Disassortative? Which personality traits are more important? According to which behavioral characteristics are partners selected? How is assortative mating tested in laboratory conditions?

The Acquisition of Language by Children from Bilingual Families

The thesis deals with the issues of bilingual education. How bilingual families solve bilingualism, influence of bilingualism on child development and the methods of bilingual education. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with language and its development stages in language acquisition, switching or mixing languages. The second chapter focuses on bilingualism itself. Here I describe the basic types of bilingualism, the ways and cause of bilingualism. In the third chapter about bilingual education I explain its principles and typologies. In the practical part I used the qualitative research. I wanted to find out how children develop bilingualism, if they mix languages and also what is their parent´s knowledge of and experience with bilingualism. The goal of this thesis is to disaprove prejudices against bilingual education.

Love in Second World War: the elements of love and mutual comparison in the works from Arnošt Lustig "Colette, dívka z Antverp" and Rolf Hochhuth "Eine Liebe in Deutschland"

This presented bachelor thesis deals with comparison between two literary works Colette, dívka z Antverp by Arnošt Lustig and Eine Liebe in Deutschland by Rolf Hochhuth. The terms psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic literary, term love and the Second World War are defined at the beginning of the thesis. The focus is then shifted straight to the authors and compared books. Both tragic stories the pairs of lovers are described and important symbols are deduced. The thesis observes mainly an influence of the Second World War´s on love relations and love, identical and different character traits and their behavior in the progress of the Second World War. The end of the thesis is concentrated on the comparison of the main protagonists and especially their love relations.

A business concept of services arrangement of recreation centre Nová Živohošť

The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the market accommodation and food services market in the tourist region of Central Bohemia ? South. Another objective of this thesis was to formulate recommendations for the development of services in selected area. . The aim was also to identify the needs and requirements and satisfaction of visitors with accommodation and boarding services in selected recreation centre Nová Živohošť. To achieve the objectives it was necessary to study secondary sources, writing review of the literature and knowledge on the subject. Then situational analysis was performed. Here is defined and characterized a recreation centre Nová Živohošť, located in the tourist region of Central Bohemia ? South. The situational analysis is also a market analysis of accommodation and boarding services in the recreation centre Nová Živohošť. Another part of the work is questionnaire survey and interviews with worker in tourist information centre in Neveklov and owner Juniorcamp Tobogán and Caravan Club in Nová Živohošť. Final proposals, recommendations and business concept should increase the attractiveness of an offer, the quality of the resort and meet the needs and wishes of customers.

A typology of recreation centres in the area Central Bohemia - southeast

The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyse segments of primary and secondary offer of tourism in the tourist district of Central Bohemia {--} South-East; further on the grounds of analysis of visitors needs and requirements to propose a new product of tourism which should increase attractivity of the region. The alternate objective of the work is to find the visitors needs and requirements in the tourist district of Central Bohemia {--} South-East with the help of questionnaire research and to analyse the offer of products of tourism in the Nová Živohošť summer vacation resort and the Slapy dam reservoir. The questionnaire research confirmed the two chosen working hypotheses. Most of the visitors came from Central Bohemia and the qualities of accommodation facilities were bad in their opinion. Following the findings of the research optimal offer of tourism of the Nová Živohošť vacation resort was suggested. For completeness of the offer of tourism the new product of tourism the cycling route called "Beauty of Neveklovsko Region by Bike" was designed.
