Awareness of parents of preschool children about the existence of the Outdoor pre-schools in Hradec Králové area

Title of project: Awareness of parents of preschool children about the existence of the Outdoor pre-schools in Hradec Králové area. Aim of project: To describe the level of awareness of parents about the existence and form of outdoor preschools. This is put into context with communication channels that outdoor preschools use. We create recommendations for increasing public awareness of this type of pre-school facilities. Methodology: We used both qualitative and quantitative methods fo our work. It has been survey from quantitative methods. This questionnaire was created specifically for the purpose of our research and it has been spread among parents of preschool children in Hradec Králové. We also used a literature search and structured interview fromor qualitative methods. We conducted the interview with representatives of outdoor preschool in Hradec Králové. Results: We found, that only 43% of parents in Hradec Králové and surroundings knows about existence outdoor pre-school. Only 19% of respondents has more informations about outdoor pre-schools has. Furthermore, we found that the most common way to spread awareness of that institution is personal contact (friends), television and websites. The right to VAT deduction from the perspective of the Court of Justice of the EU

This thesis focuses on the rules for claiming deduction of value added tax as a major component of the VAT. The first chapter is devoted to domestic legislativ, which gives the right to deduct. Then it moves into areas of European legislation, which is mainly defined by Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006 on the common system of value added tax. In its interpretation, however, there are many uncertainties that the Court of Justice of the EU resolves by its case law. This thesis provides an explanation of the role of the Court of Justice of the EU and its case law and mapping of the right to VAT deduction from the Czech Republic joined the European Union. The last chapter is devoted to analysis of selected case law from the rules for claiming deductions.

This thesis deals with the topic of process management and modeling. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first three chapters are theoretical. The first chapter covers the methods of process management. The second chapter describes the standards of process modeling. The third chapter is concerned with the MMABP method of process management and modeling, as developed at the University of Economics. The practical part comprises two chapters. The first one is dedicated to a questionnaire survey in the field of process modeling including its evaluation. The second chapter of practical part is focused on reengineering of company processes within a department of a large multinational corporation.
Software development in financial institutions, compare inhouse and outsourcing

This thesis deals with the problems of using outsourcing in software development for financial institutions. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical issues and practical issues. The theoretical section is comprised of the first three chapters with the first describing the process of software development -- the life cycle of software, the prominent disciplines and roles involved in software development, the methods of software development and IT Governance. The second chapter defines the specifics which influence the method which is used in software development for financial institutions. The last chapter of the theoretical section deals with the concept of outsourcing - here is the definition of the term, its history, the reasons the financial sector uses outsourcing for software development and the risks thereby incurred. In addition to this, the advantages and limitations of individual models of outsourcing are also described namely regarding geography and the service o be provided. The practical section is comprised of the survey the aim of which was to acquire an insight into the issues of using outsourcing both from the point of view of the domestic financial sector as the client and from the point of view of the IT service provider. The surveys are included with this thesis.

Obsahem této práce je charakteristika produktů z oblasti Records Management. Důležitost a počet implementací řešení Records Management neustále roste. Od roku 2004 mají určité organizace povinnost vykonávat Records Management i v České Republice. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř na sebe navazujících částí, ve kterých je definován pojem Records Management, dále vymezeny funkční požadavky na Records Management System dle evropského standardu MoReq a uvedeny legislativní požadavky stanovené Českou Republikou. Práci doplňuje porovnání a popis dvou zcela odlišných řešení Records Management.
