The role of an educational counselor at a primary school from the point of view primary school pupils

The diploma thesis is focused on the role of an educational counselor in elementary school from the perspective of elementary school students. The theoretical part of the work is oriented to the system of consulting services in the Czech Republic, legislative anchoring and insight into the history of consulting services. For the coherence of the text, cooperation with a pedagogical- psychological consultancy, a special pedagogical center and an educational care center is also mentioned in the theoretical part. The theoretical part is mainly focused on the role of an educational advisor. Prerequisites and qualification requirements for the performance of the work of an educational consultant are described here, followed by the ethical principles of the work and, last but not least, the activities of an educational consultant, which are reflected in the practical part. The practical part is based on the theoretical part. It focuses on elementary school students. Quantitative research was chosen for the practical part of the thesis. Ecological aspects affecting microbiota in the digestive tracts of birds

The results indicate that songbird GM is dominated by the bacterial phyla Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Actinobacteria, Tenericutes, Bacteroidetes and Chlamydia, a community that differs from that of mammals. A t the interspecies l evel, GM composition is mainly influenced by phylogeny and less so by sampling site. While ecological factors , and especially diet , are important GM predictors in mammals, the effect of ecological factors , including diet , have a much smaller effect on inte r - and intraspecific variability in songbird GM composition . Our data from barn swallows ( Hirundo rustica ) suggest an effect of social GM transmission among adults forming social pair s, as well as trans - generational transmission from a social mother to her own nestlings. At the same time, we observed differ ing GM in adults and nestlings, with no dramatic change in GM with nestling age, a process previously recognised in mammals. Part of the GM detected appears to remain stable over time , and is therefore su itable for further detailed study. Career Counseling at Primary School

(in English) The bachelor's thesis is focused on the topic of career counseling at primary school. Primary school has a major influence in building professional orientation. The preparation of pupils for further educational care is undoubtedly part of the life of individuals during the transition to high school. Each student should have access to an educational counselor to meet with an expert who will be able to steer the student in the right direction. Not only in terms of skills, but also supply and demand in the labor market. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on professional literary sources, which allows insight into the system of career counseling in the context of counseling services. The practical part of the bachelor thesis analyzes the system of career counseling at three selected primary schools. The methodology, process and results of the research are described. The practical part describes the system of career counseling at individual schools in terms of educational counselors. The conclusion describes the findings of the research, which are compared with the theoretical part of the work.

In the practical part we will research lexicon of MF DNES, Hospodářské noviny and Právo from the periods of June 2012 and June 2015. For more information we will use personal interviews with chief editors and main editors.

Punishing of teenagers in the Czech Republic

The bachelor's thesis deals with the criminal prosecution of juvenile offenders in Czech Republic and is mainly based on the Act on Juvenile Justice. The case study of the juvenile offender's criminal procedure is based on documents from the trial court with a juvenile offender from Czech Republic. It draws more information from interviews with probation officials, social workers from the Department of imprisonment in a prison in Všehrdy and the South Bohemian police spokesman.
