A family house with a watchmaking workshop
Martinek, Jakub ; Smolková Mizerová, Lenka (referee) ; Smolka, Radim (advisor)
The goal of the bachelor's thesis is the design of the layout of the building of a family house with a workshop and the creation of project documentation for the execution of the construction. The family house is designed for a family of four and is located on a flat plot on the outskirts of a small town. The building has a partial basement - under the workshop. The family house and the workshop are separated from each other by a covered parking space. The construction is based on foundation strips, the vertical supporting structures are designed from Therm type bricks and the horizontal structures are created from monolithic reinforced concrete. Roof construction is flat vegetated roof.

The aim for this bachelor work is design of modern passive detached house. Vision for this design is proving that even luxury villas can be in passive standard. It is three storey house with flat roof part of which it’s walkable and part green roof. The basement includes game room and utility room. In first floor we have main lobby, lavatory, living room with dining room, kitchen, pantry, hall, laundry room, bathroom, two kid’s rooms, main bedroom, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. On second floor there’s only studio and lavatory. Load bearing elements are walls from sand-lime bricks, floor and roof slabs from prestressed concrete panels. This building is based on foundation strips from reinforced concrete. eliminary designs of building services are mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, in which design is focused on amount of circulated air with added scheme of pipe installations, sanitary installations, which consist of scheme of plumbing and sanitary sewer pipes. Design of building services also consisted of simple design of main circuit break and photovoltaic panels. In more detailed design is design of rain water reuse with rain water tanks for accumulation and infiltration. Main design of building services is heating. It’s designed underfloor heating and radiators which will be powered by heat pump air-water. Domestic hot water is heated with heat pump and electric immersion heater as auxiliary source. All components such as hot water cylinder and expansion tank are placed in utility room in basement. This design meets criteria for grade A in energy performance certificate.
Detached House with recording studio
Koloničný, Libor ; Mizerová, Lenka (referee) ; Smolka, Radim (advisor)
The task of bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation of the detached house with a recording studio. This is two storeys brick building with one floor in basement where recording studio is. The house has flat roof above the second floor and over part of first floor is terrace. The building is constructed of system KM Beta Sendwix M and prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll. The house is designed for quality housing 4-5 persons.
Detached House with car repair service in Humpolec
Melenovský, Jan ; Mizerová, Lenka (referee) ; Smolka, Radim (advisor)
The thesis deals with a detached house with a car repair service. It´s lately erected building of detached house with flat roof structure situated in Humpolec, Větrná Street. The building is designed as a three-storeyed detached house with basement for four people. Parking place for two cars and structure of outdoor wooden terrace on the first floor is included to the property. The detached house is followed by the establishment of the car repair service. It´s determinated for mechanical repairing cars. There is another parking place for four cars located near the car repair service. The building plan uses load-bearing vertical structure of ceramic system Porotherm, horizontal structure consists of prestressed and reinforced concrete panels Spiroll board.

Parameters that characterizes quality internal building environment come forth these days. One of the main reasons for the choice of the topic of this thesis is to ensure the quality of the internal environment and well-being during the usage of the buildings. Prevention of the excessive wall dampness is one of the basic conditions of a healthy and quality building environment. The thesis verifies reliability and compares the efficiency of the selected damp-proof materials and its joints. The first part deals with the influences that are reasons for the dampness of the buildings, earmark of an interest area, introducing of the valid legislation focused on the building redevelopment, consideration and evaluation of the building constructions in light of the dampness. The next part of the thesis sets main and partial targets and consecutive steps leading to fulfilment of the targets. Selection of the appropriate redevelopment procedures, materials and joints of the selected materials selected for the experiment realization follows. As this area is relatively large, we selected mechanical redevelopment methods reaching the walls and three most commonly used materials and its joints within the framework of the selected methods. There are three main steps set in the thesis: preparation of the methodology and experiment realization, measurement optimization and measurement within the laboratory and on the real buildings, comparison and evaluation of the measured values. Experimental part of the thesis took place between the years 2008 - 2011. Experiment realization comprises of material acquisition, building of the test samples and application of the single redevelopment measures. The next step includes measurement on the individual samples on the fixed measuring points. Measurements are evaluated through the mathematical statistical methods. Efficiency of the particular materials are compared and evaluated.
