Simulation of the energy recovery circuit function
Kubíček, Ondřej ; Ficza, Ildikó (referee) ; Nevrlý, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes the design and optimization of a mathematical model for simulating the hydrostatic energy recovery systems. The mathematical model together with the experimental stand should be used to simulate the operating conditions of vehicles using the hydrostatic energy transmission. These include vehicles for collection of municipal waste, public transport vehicles, or for heavy construction machinery. The paper summarizes the current efforts in the design of analytical models, describes the program developed in MATLAB, and is devoted to analyzing the influence of individual input parameters on the output calculation.
Security system with Mifare card reader
Kubíček, Ondřej ; Kučera, Pavel (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work deals with the design and integration software for the application of microprocessor-driven access terminal based on standard Mifare. In addition, the technology Mifare is the first part of the work presented RFID technology which is based on Mifare technology. Introduce its brief history, use and principle. Further work includes a description of their own solutions to hardware and software parts of the proposal microprocessor-driven access terminal, which construct and programming was the main objective of this work. In more details are described some of the key elements of the application.
Design of heat exchanger for feeding heat water network 5,5 MW
Kubíček, Ondřej ; Moskalík, Jiří (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
The Master thesis deals with the water-heater design for heat-exchange station with total power output 5,5 MW. The goal of the thesis is to make thermal and hydraulic calculation in the extent of the assignment and to develop a projection drawing of the heater along with a correct dimensioning of the shell and flanges. Thesis goals were met according to the assignment. The introductory part of the thesis briefly introduces to the heat-exchanger problematic and selected topics about heat-transfer. Following the basic mass and energy flows calculation inside the heater together with the thermal and hydraulic design determines the size of the heat transfer surface of pipes. After that the design calculations were made, whose results are used to determine the basic dimensions of selected parts and checking the accuracy of designed dimensions. In the last part of the work the design process is more described also with a more detailed description of selected parts.
Bridge over the Bělá river
Kubíček, Ondřej ; Nečas, Radim (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is a dealing of the road bridge on the road I/44 over the Bělá river. There are three possible variants in preliminary design. The selected variant was dual girder concrete bridge to be developed in detail. A calculation has been done by hand, part of the thesis has been performed using Scia Engineer. The construction has been considered according to Eurocode. Solution of bachelor thesis includes statical analysis, drawing documentation and visualisation.
Ni sensors to Ethernet convertor
Kubíček, Ondřej ; Fiedler, Petr (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work deals with hardware and software solution for the temperature converter of the standard rezistance temperature Ni sensors with the output through the Ethernet, driven by the Rabbit microcontroller. First part of this thesis deals with the theory of the temperature measurement. There are introduced basic principles of the temperature sensors. In the next part of the work are introduced communication standard and application protocol Modbus. The rest of the work deals with the hardware concept of the converter, the control program of the converter and the program developed for the PC.
Bridge on the II/379 road
Kubíček, Ondřej ; Šustr, Bronislav (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
The master´s thesis deals with a new road bridge on the road II/379. There are three possible variants in preliminary design but only the option of connected girder slab beam of four fields was selected. This variant was assessed by static calculation in accordance with European standards. Other important parts of this thesis are also drawings, construction progress, visualisation and technical report.
Development of divergent-flow isoelectric focusing chip for separation of biological agents
Duša, Filip ; Šalplachta, Jiří ; Horká, Marie ; Lunerová, K. ; Rosenbergová, K. ; Kubíček, O.
Isoelectric focusing (IEF) is an efficient method for separation of different bacterium species. Divergent flow format of IEF (DF-IEF) enables continual separation of large volumes of samples and fractionation of the separated analytes for later analysis. The mentioned properties enabled development of DF-IEF chip for separation of H2O2 inactivated biological agents (B-agents). The chip was designed to perform separation in vertical alignment which solved issues connected with sedimentation of bacterial cells. The separation method was optimized using colored markers of isoelectric point and four different b-agents were separated using the DF-IEF chip. The obtained fractions were subsequently analyzed with matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS). The mass spectra proved that the developed DF-IEF chip is an effective tool for separation of inactivated B-agents.
Separation of biological agents by divergent-flow isoelectric focusing as a tool for their rapid identification by MALDI-TOF MS
Duša, Filip ; Šalplachta, Jiří ; Horká, Marie ; Lunerová, K. ; Rosenbergová, K. ; Kubíček, O.
We presented DF-IEF chip which proved as an efficient method for separation of biological agents, and it enabled sensitive identification of inactivated microorganisms with MALDI-TOF MS compared to unseparated samples.
Metodika popisuje způsob separace bakteriálních vysoce rizikových a rizikových agens (VRA/RA) ze vzorků pomocí isoelektrické fokusace v čipovém formátu (chip-IEF).
Demographic ageing and the city: seniors in Karlín
Kubíček, Ondřej ; Matoušek, Roman (advisor) ; Galčanová, Lucie (referee)
The following thesis addresses the process of growing old in an urban environment. It concentrates on the factors, which infulence the quality of senior citizens' lives and how they do it. The main focus is put on the city disticts that are subject to dynamic changes caused by the processes of post-socialist transformations, revitalization and gentrification. The thesis explores the problems but also the benefits, which these changes can bring to elderly citizens' every day lives. Looking for the answers to these questions is based on the case study of a city district in Prague - Karlín. The qualitative research have been done by semistructured interviews with local senior citizens. It has shown possible perception of some aspects of environment of Karlin and changes of this environment.
