1 Legal context and implications: analysis of blockchain regulation in selected jurisdictions Abstract Blockchain technology has become a transformative force, offering transparency, security and efficiency across industries. However, its rapid growth brings regulatory challenges. This paper examines blockchain regulation, focusing on the European Union (EU) framework and comparative analysis with selected jurisdictions around the world. At the outset, the thesis seeks to clarify the basic concepts of blockchain and its regulatory implications. It tries to introduce the issues and frame the most important terms in a non- technical way. The thesis then examines EU legislation, including contemporary and forthcoming secondary regulations such as the Markets in Cryptoassets Regulation (MiCAR), and explores their objectives, challenges and implications for innovation and market participants. In addition, the paper conducts a comparative analysis of blockchain regulation in various jurisdictions, including the United States, the Cayman Islands and Singapore. By comparing regulatory regimes, it identifies trends, best practices, and ultimately a plethora of differences. Deconstruction of Czechoslovak Identity on the Institutional Level after 1993

The bachelor thesis examines the deconstruction of Czechoslovak identity at the institutional level after 1993, when Czechoslovakia collapsed. Despite the dissolution of the Czechoslovak state formation, the concept of "Czechoslovakia/Czechoslovak" continued to be worked with, especially on an institutional level. The main aim of this thesis is to find out, through my research, the purpose of using the term "Czechoslovak" in the names of institutions more than three decades after the dissolution of Czechoslovakia. This research focuses on institutions founded before 1993 as well as those that were established after that date. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, namely semi-structured interviews with four respondents. This method gave a deeper understanding of the topic and provided a detailed view of the issue. The results suggest that the term "Czechoslovak" is still of great importance to the institutions, is highly valued by them and reflects not only the historical development and context of these institutions but also contributes to their identity and perception in the public space. Transformation of functions and meanings of ways of the cross in Western Bohemia in 20th century

The thesis explores the Ways of the Cross and their functions in the Western Bohemian region. The Ways vary in their degree of preservation, which correlates with people's attitudes. The aim is to discuss functions and meanings of the Ways of the Cross in landscape and society of Western Bohemia in the context of changes that took place in the region during the second half of the 20th century. The analysis focuses on political, social, and religious factors influencing these sacred monuments, including their maintenance, restoration, and perception. Emphasis is placed on Czech-German relations and their impact on the Ways of the Cross in the post-war period. The thesis also examines the role of municipalities, civic associations, and volunteers in revitalizing these monuments and integrating them into community life. The research seeks to better understand the historical and cultural changes in the Western Bohemian region and underscore their significance in the current meanings of the Ways of the Cross. Currently, many Ways of the Cross are being restored, with cross-border relations playing a significant role. There are detailed follow up the technological rules for demolition work, special foundation – drilled piles and assembling of steel construction. Implementation of production hall gross superstructure

Writing of this bachelor thesis was stimulated by the construction of a new production hall in my hometown. It had been a long time since a similar project was dealt with in this town, and therefore it aroused my interest. The bachelor thesis includes the description and technical documentation for the construction of the reinforced concrete building frame of the production hall of the M&T company in Dobruška. The aim of this thesis is to solve the method and potential problems of the construction. I focused on the ceiling of the administrative part of the building. Contrary to the original technical documentation, I suggested cheaper and more time-saving solution of the ceiling: using the prestressed hollow core slab SPIROLL instead of the reinforced concrete composite floor slab FILIGRAN and concreting of the ceiling. I suggested this solution on the basis of my personal experience with the implementation of various types of the ceiling, and the subsequent analysis of their advantages and disadvantages. My suggested solution of the ceiling caused the reduction of this stage’s costs by 13% and the time reduction by 71% of working time. The other aim of this thesis was to solve the problems with the excessive and oversize transportation of the reinforced concrete roof trusses. In the end, these transportation problems together with the financial aspects resulted in the revision of the original technical documentation. The investor decided for the less demanding solution of the construction and for the shorter span of the hall. As for the concreting machinery, I suggested to use the machines (mixer truck and mobile concrete pump) from the nearby concrete plant to reduce the total transportation costs. The main contribution of the bachelor thesis is acquaintance with the construction of the reinforced concrete building frame and with practical verification and comparison of two different solutions of one construction with respect to the financial and time investments

Bachelor thesis deals with construction and technological project of gross superstructure object Wellness, which is part of Moravia Thermal Pasohlavky. The project was handled technical regulations for the implementation of monolithic construction and installation of wood trusses. The work also addresses the principles governing the organization of construction, dealing with the quality of the construction, economics and duration of construction.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the construction-technological project of apartment house in Dvůr Králové nad Labem. Thesis is focused on the most optimal technological procedures of foundation construction on deep foundations and total external insulation by external thermal insulation composite system. Regulations are supplemented by inspectional and trial plans, appropriate machinery and equipment of assembly site. Included is also work safety, time schedule and budget of substruture. The most interesting thing of my thesis will be model of the noise load on the surrounding objects resulting from the construction of apartment house which will the proposed appropriate measures of noise control.
