Evaluation of the Financial Situation and the Proposals to its Improvement

This bachelor thesis focuses on the financial position assessment of a selected analysed company during the period from 2011 to 2014. The aim of this paper is to analyse the financial situation of the company as well as identify deficiencies and make proposals to address the problematic areas. The theoretical part deals, in particular, with a financial analysis whereby the selected company is assessed in the analytical part. The conducted analyses showed deficiencies which are discussed in the proposal part. The proposals present recommendations for the improvement of the company management in the following years.
Detached house  with a shop in Moravské Budějovice

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a multi-storey, multifunctional, duplex house with a shop, located in Moravské Budějovice. The house is intended for housing two families of four. The operation of the shop have to be not provided by the residents. The main entrances to the building are oriented to the south and to the west. The house has an irregular floor plan and is covered by two mono-pitched roofs. Residential rooms are oriented to the southeast and to the west. The building is constructed of ceramic blocks, where the vertical load-bearing structure consists of Porotherm masonry and the horizontal structure consists of prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The project was developed through the educational version of the computer program ArchiCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on correct layout, architectural design, static requirements and the fulfillment of structural safety requirements.
Marketing Mix of a Company

This thesis is focused on the analysis and subsequently the proposal of marketing mix of a company which provides accommodation, catering and hospitality services. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts in the field of marketing and in particular with the field of price, point of sale, product and promotion. The analytical part of the thesis is focused on the assessment of the external and internal environment of the chosen company and the mix elements analysis as they are currently set. On the basis of the identified state, such conclusions and suggestions will be drawn, which will lead towards improved management and strengthening the company’s position in the given market during the following years.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of the new tourism strategy for Vysočina region. In the solution were made SWOT analysis and regression analysis that examining the relation between the number of overnight stays and the number of monuments in mentioned region in the Czech Republic. Data was processed by Gretl program and this program confirmed the relation between the number of overnight stays and the number of monuments in regions. The calculations, that were made, were found that the most appropriate functional form for explanation mentioned relation, is a quadratic functional form. 82,8% of all values were explained by previous functional form. The main finding is that the relation between the given quantities really exist and thanks to that the Vysočina region should be in the foreground within the over-night stays of all participants in tourism. Results of this thesis suggest how the potential of Vysočina region should be more used.
