Characterisation of antigen presenting cells in allergic asthma

Souhrn Charakterizace antigen presentujících buněk (APC) u alergického astmatu Astma bronchiale je chronické zánětlivé onemocnění, jehož výskyt za posledních dvacet let prudce vzrostl, především v západních zemích. Tato práce je zaměřena zejména na popis dendritických buněk, které hrají v patogenezi astmatu důležitou roli. Dendritické buňky (DC), B lymfocyty a makrofágy jsou antigen presentujícími buňkami reagujícími s Th lymfocyty. Detailní popis dendritických buněk by umožnil určit, zda Th lymfocyty reagují více s DC nebo s makrofágy v plicní tkáni. Na základě tohoto zjištění by bylo možné přerušit vazbu mezi Th lymfocyty a DC, omezit tím zánětlivou kaskádu reakcí a snížit výskyt alergického astmatu. Nejdůležitějšími zástupci APC jsou DC. U pacientů s alergickým astmatem je charakteristická kumulace DC v bronchiální mucose a jejich zvýšené množství. U DC v plicní tkáni se předpokládá, že se jedná o dlouho žijící APC. Mohou být popsány na základě povrchových markerů CD11b, B220, CD8a, CD11c, MHCII. Při pokusech jsme použili laboratorní myši s rozdílným typem stadia alergického astma. Dělili jsme je na memory (rechallenged), recovery, naive a naive control skupiny myší. Memory mice - myši byly podrobeny i.p. imunizaci alergenem 1. a 21. den, poté 28. a 29. den vystaveny aerosolu 1% alergenu a 84. den...

Uplatnění standardů v mezinárodní neziskové organizaci AIESEC

The bachelor thesis deals with the application of standards in international youth, not-for-profit organisation, AIESEC. The first part describes the profile of the or-ganisation and also general standards that the organization has determined to adhere towards to customers. Following the theoretical part and in correlation with questionnaire, it was evaluated if the standards are applied. At the same time thanks to interview with one of the leading members of AIESEC Czech Republic, recommendations of improvement were suggested.

Vegetace plevelů vybraných druhů obilnin a olejnin

This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of weed infestation on selected land in the cadastral area of Vlčkov and Horní Sloupnice. Observation is concentrating on growth areas of winter wheat, spring barley, winter oilseed rape and soya bean. The results were processed by multidimensional analysis of ecological data. Twenty-seven different weeds were found on the observed land in total. The heighest number of infestation species were found in soya bean area and the least were found in spring barley area. The most frequent weed species were Veronica persica, Galium aparine, Stellaria media and Viola arvensis in winter wheat and in spring barley there were Viola arvensis, Veronica persica and Galium aparine. Among winter oilseed rape there was the biggest amount of Hordeum vulgare as engaged crop and between weeds there were Viola arvensis, Fumaria officinalis and Lamium purpureum. The most frequent weed were Fumaria officinalis, Avena fatua and Viola arvensis in soya bean species. The common species for all crops were Viola arvensis.

Old-age pension in the Czech Republic - development and causes of changes

My bachelor thesis deals with problem of old-age pension. In the first part of the work I deal with description of Czech two - pillar system of pension insurance together with analysis of development old-age pension. I also describe factors affecting pension insurance that cause problems contemporary pensionable system and represent main argument in favour of necessity imposing pensionable reform. In the second part of the work I consequently introduce on - coming changes in the field of pension insurance that will come into effect in 2011 known as "small" pensionable reform. I also analyze impact of parametric changes of basic pension insurance on state budget and personal pension. Lastly I evaluate proposal for "big" pensionable reform that the government intends to implement in 2013. It is based on creation of II. capital pillar pensionable system which was till now missing.

Emission rights in the accounting

The graduation theses is focused on problems of emission rights. The graduation theses is describing when and where has been firstly started talking about emission rights and why, what has been developement of emission rights prices on the stock markets since their implementation in 2005 and what was the impact on the financial statements. The main part of the gradiation theses is about financial reporting. There is described a few of possible methods how to enter it in the books with concrete examples each of them. There is not missing historically first sollution of the emission rights bookkeeping, interpretation IFRIC 3.
