Scattering solutions of stationary Schrodinger equation - comparison of numerical methods
Fürst, Marek ; Čížek, Martin (advisor) ; Horáček, Jiří (referee)
The topic of this thesis is scattering in the model 2D potential with symetry given by the C3v group. Used potential is based on the Henon-Heiles potential, which is known as a typical example of a potential with chaotic classical dynamics. This fact caused, that there were observed a chaotic (fractal) behaviour in the classical solution of the scattering problem. In spite of it, this thesis primary focuses on the quantum case. There were used two numerical methods for solving it. The first method was based on an expansion of the wave function in the Fourier series and solving the radial equations on grid. The second method was the R-matrix method. After that, there were studied some physical properities of the solutions: cross-section and the eigenphase sum. The resonances in the model were also studied. The results computed by both methods were compared at the end.
Manufacturing of the sensor holder
Horáček, Jonáš ; Ohnišťová, Petra (referee) ; Harant, Martin (advisor)
The present thesis focuses on developing the manufacturing technology for a polycarbonate holder designed to attach motion and water level sensors to the walls of residential units. Based on an analysis of the requirements and the nature of the component, injection molding is identified as the most suitable production method. Research of this process is further elaborated. Technological calculations are then performed, leading to the design of a quadruple mold featuring a hot runner system and direct gating. Most mold components were sourced from the supplier Meusburger, with the exception of the mold inserts, which were custom-made to facilitate the manufacturability of the mold and reduce costs. A simulation analysis of the filling process was performed to identify potentially hazardous process zones, specifically areas where compressed air could be trapped. Venting solutions were implemented in these zones to mitigate any potential hazards. Following the design specifications and additional calculations, the ARBURG ALLROUNDER 470 C GOLDEN EDITION injection molding machine was selected for the mold. A drawing documentation is attached to the thesis.
The applications of differential equations in the temperature regulation
Horáček, Jan ; Švarc, Ivan (referee) ; Dosoudilová, Monika (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the importance of differential equations in control theory. The review section is devoted to a reminder of the mathematical apparatus of linear differential equations and the methods of solving them, including the characteristic equation and the Laplace transform. Furthermore, the research part deals with control, transfer function and stability. The final section is devoted to the solution of a real room temperature change problem including software verification.
Graphic Development Environment of Agent Low Level Language
Kürti, Szabolcs ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Horáček, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design and implement a graphic development environment of agent language ALLL. Language ALLL going to be described in details, such as the ANTLR framework for generating language recognition tools. Theoretical basis of multi-agent systems, together with the features of the selected platform, will be discussed as well. Description of the implementation is followed by the presentation of testing. Closure deals with the discussion of the achieved results.
Training Diary for Cell Phone with GPS
Syrůček, Marcel ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Horáček, Jan (advisor)
The main task of this program is to record the completed route in any sport that is carried in the GPS range. It is possible to find out information about the route, such as all the available data, plot a route on the map to view details on specific points, or export route in standard formats for working with geographic data, directly through the phone. The greatest contribution of this work lies in "running with so-called friend" application, in which the recorded route is directly compared with the same or similar track stored in the database and notify us, what are the differences between the performance.
Platform for Mobile Agents in Wireless Sensor Networks
Horáček, Jan ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
This work deals with implementation of an agent platform, which is able to run agent code in wireless sensor networks. Implementation has been done for MICAz platform, which uses TinyOS operating system for developing applications. This work contains list of chosen TinyOS parts and illustrates, how such a platform can be used for our purposes. We will describe main features of ALLL language and we will also demonstrate some examples of agents.
Dynamic Memory Allocation in TinyOS
Križanský, Ján ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Horáček, Jan (advisor)
This thesis aims for a theoretical and practical comparison of two different approaches to dynamic memory management in TinyOS operating system designated for simple programmable devices. For each of the approaches we were observing different aspects, among others the effectivity of usage of resources, allocation speed and usability from the programmers point of view. Thesis also extends the capabilities of dynamic allocation onto external flash memory. It shortly explains the principles behind dynamic memory allocation and it's application in the area of simple programmable devices with limited resources.
Basestation for WSageNt Agent Platform with Using GSM Module
Molák, Josef ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Horáček, Jan (advisor)
This master's thesis describes the software and hardware extension of multiagent platform WSageNt to ensure communication between basestation and web interface Control Panel using GSM network. Sensor node FITmote is used as a basestation and modem Teltonika is used as a interface to GSM. The physical interconnection of the devices implementing the newly created bridge to connect different logic voltage levels of their serial interface. Application for basestation was extended to serial communication with modem. This extend provide communication over GSM network to Internet. Application on control server also was modified for TCP/IP communication.
Application for Generating of School Schedules
Fiala, Jan ; Horáček, Jan (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This work deals with problem of generating school schedules. The solution is based on three heuristic algorithms (hill-climbing, simulated annealing, genetic algorithm) and is fully implemented in JAVA. It provides a comparison of implemented heuristic algorithms including description of their pros and cons.
Application for Mobile Phone Which Will Proccess GPS Data (Symbian)
Klubal, Ondřej ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Horáček, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes a design of an application for Symbian S60 Platform 5rd Edition. Main purpose of this application is to collect data from  cellphone's GPS module, record them in standard format and analyze recorded traces. Particular attention is mainly focused on data accuracy and track points filtering. In this application it is possible to compare recorded traces. It also allows the visualization of the GPS data on cellphone's display as chart and previewing the route.
