Performance of dependent work through digital platforms
Hanzal, Vojtěch ; Štefko, Martin (referee)
PERFORMANCE OF DEPENDENT WORK THROUGH DIGITAL PLATFORMS ABSTRACT This thesis discusses the issue of work performance through digital platforms, especially regarding whether it is possible to classify such activity as "dependent work", particularly with regard to the laws of the Czech Republic. The thesis responds to the current legal "vacuum" surrounding the performance of work through digital platforms and the legal status of persons who perform such activity (referred to in the thesis as workers). The mentioned legal "vacuum" stems primarily from the absence of sufficient legal regulation in the given area and the "unconventionality" of such a way of performing work. Digital platforms describe their workers as independent entrepreneurs, and this practice is quietly tolerated by the Czech Republic (e. g. administrative authorities). However, there can be more than reasonable doubts about the veracity of such proclamation. Therefore, the thesis firstly analyzes the characteristics and conditions of dependent work according to the laws of the Czech Republic, which are then applied to the reality of the performance of work through digital platforms. Due to the number of their types, as well as the various systems that the platforms implement, three representatives were chosen for the purposes of this thesis,...

It was done weighing weight caught pieces of roe deer before and after the abattoir body with red deer (Capreolus capreolus), in the time between the years 2002 - 2015 (total 352 pieces), then craniometric simultaneously measuring the skulls of males - a total of 181 skulls. This demonstrates the scale of irregular antlers who was best trophy, which was 16.6 kg prior to ejection and 10.5 kg after evisceration department and runs a head. In contrast, the greatest weight was irregular antlers which was 22 kg before ejection and 17 kg after evisceration department and runs a head.

Košinová, Klára ; Hanzal, Vladimír (advisor) ; Mrkvičková Kořanová, Diana (referee)
The aim of this study was to determine the correlation of the mandible length of doe and offspring of roe deer with hunting time, weight and age of each individual. In the district Žďár nad Sázavou ran from 1992 collection and measurement of the lower jaw roe deer female and young. A total of 7560 lower jaw were evaluated in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 and it was 3888 from roe deer female and 3672 jaws of offsprings. Of the total number of captured pieces were cast, only 66%. After evaluating the data, it was found mutual correlation between the length of the mandible, weight and age of the individual. These relationships were statistically provable. The average length of the lower jaw of female was 153.44 mm at a weight of 13.03 kg and 4.4 years of age.
