Analysis of training needs

Pracuji ve státní přímo řízené instituci s působností ve všech krajích ČR, která se zabývá dalším vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků. Před dvěma lety jsem dostala za úkol vytvořit plán vzdělávání našich zaměstnanců zabývajících se projektovou činností. Protože jsem k úkolu přistupovala zodpovědně, rozhodla jsem se nejprve provést analýzu vzdělávacích potřeb. Zaměstnanci doposud navštěvovali vzdělávací akce na základě operativního rozhodnutí, a nikoli na základě plánu vzdělávání. Cílem analýzy vzdělávacích potřeb bylo zmapovat absolvované vzdělávací akce a zohlednit nové potřeby stávajících zaměstnanců a mimo jiné také na výsledcích získaných z analýzy ukázat vedení potřebnost sestavování plánů školení a vzdělávání. Analýza byla zaměřena na všechny pracovníky podílející se na realizaci projektů financovaných z ESF, kterých bylo cca 80 a byli rozmístěni po celé republice.

Education for sustainable tourism

The aim of the work, which builds on the terms like sustainable development, environmental education, education for sustainability and sustainable tourism, is to propose a curriculum of education for sustainable tourism and answer a question, why to educate in this area at all and what results such a education should bring. The work provides characters of the main stakeholders, at the head of the tourists themselves as the main target group identified for the education purposes. The tourists are selected into marketing segments. The work proposes methods, system, structure and tools for the curriculum of education for sustainable tourism. And last but not least the work analyses the funds for covering such education system. Each chapter is finished with the survey summery and the conclusion is about a series of recommendations, especially the one, that education for sustainable tourism can not be separated from the education for sustainable development.

The work consists of five chapters, three of them focus on theoretical basis about knowledge management, learning organisation and strategic human resource management. The fourth chapter deals with managing and transformation procesess being in education enterprises. The last chapter focuses on marketing in development of futher education. The nature of market relations in the field of education creates presuppositions and preconditions under which marketing is exerted in this field.
