The development of Czech elementary reading and writing textbooks in the 20th century

This thesis analyses the historical development of Czech elementary reading and writing textbooks from 1900 to 1999. It comes from the listing of the elementary reading and writing methods from the beginning to the present, it continues with the description and the evaluation of the most of textbooks used in the last century and tells the life stories of main authors. Mortgage loan analysis in the CR

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define the basic terms which are related to mortgages in the Czech Republic, issues of getting, drawdowning and paying off the mortgage. Another goal is to gain findings of client´s awareness of the mortgages and to find out the best product for client. The literature review is focused on getting, drawdowing and paying of the mortgage. The results are based on the obtained data from survey. Owing to survey there is a best supply offer for potential client. The potential client demands a mortgage in the following conditions, amount of mortgage is 1 500 000 CZK, due date is 30 years and the interest is for 5 years. The bank Česká spořitelna offered the best supply to the potential client. Due to obtained data from the survey it was possible to assess the awareness of inhabitants in the Czech Republic about the mortgage.
