Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of cervicobrachial syndrome Target: The objective of bachelor thesis is to describe the problems cervicobrachil syndrome Abstract: This bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part contains of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology of cervical spine. It states here the definition, cause, clinical features, therapeutic approaches to the issue. A special section is the most important part of the bachelor thesis. A special section is devoted to case report and determination of the a physiotherapy plan. The case report discussed in detail contains anamnesis, the input kinesiology analysis, short- and long-term plan, records of the therapeutics units, the output kinesiology analysis and evaluation of the effect therapy. Case study of physiotherapy treatment of the patient with the diagnosis of lumboischialgic syndrome

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of the patient with the diagnosis of lumboischialgic syndrome (G54.4). Objective: The main target of this bachelor's thesis was to take up with the issue of the frequent lumboischialgic syndrome with radiculopathy and to outline the possibilities of its treatment. The other part was occupied with particular patient and target was the elaboration of the case study of the patient with this diagnose, followed by the appraisal of the therapy's effect. . Methods: In the general part is concerned with the lumboischialgic syndrome issue, namely with its causes and symptoms, manifestations, methods of examination and a both conservative and surgery treatment of this disease. The second, special section of this bachelor thesis is focused on the individual patient with lumboischialgic syndrome and includes the examination realized by physiotherapist, physiotheapy assesment, subsequent therapy and the final effect of it. Results: The results of the physiotherapeutic care of the patient were observed not to be substantial positive in objective (clinical) and subjective way and medical staff (doctors) evaluated patient's condition as indication to surgery. Title: Case study physiotherapy treatment of a patient after intracranial hemorrhage Target: The target of this bachelor's thesis is a summary of theoretical knowlegde about the issue of stroke and case report of physiotherapy treatment of patients after intracranial hemorrhage. Method: The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts. In the general part deals with the theoretical knowledge of strokes, including the question of prevention. In the general part is well informed about the rehabilitaion of neurogically ill patients. In the special part of the thesis is a acse report of pateint care. There is an input kinesiology analysis on the basis of the determined short-term and long-term physiotherapy plan. The following are recorded all therapeutic units that patient has. Base on the output kinesiological analysis of the effect therapy was evaluated. Motional activity of people with elephantiasis

T~pic: Motional activity of people with elephantiasis. Goal of the thesis: To evaluate and compare the impact of motional activity on elephantiasis ofarms and legs. Methods: The thesis was worked out as a case study. Sixteen patients participating at lymphodrainage filled the generic questionnaire SF-36. Six people with physical problems were observed during their regular motional activity during six months. The source ofadditional data were taken from the standard medical documentation. The data were evaluated through defmed evaluation criteria and through standard statistical methods. Rusults: The motional activity has positive impact on reduction of elephantiasis and is a part of complex treatment. The active approach of the patient is essential for the success of the whole therapy. The motional activity in a group had a very positive psychical impact on the patients. Heterogeneity of the group - with regards to the intensity and seriousness ofthe disease- stimulated itself and other people's cognition and gave impuls and motivation for the motional activity. Title of bachelor`s thesis: Aims: Summary: Key words: case study, coxarthrosis, hip joint, physiotherapy, total hip replacement The case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of total hip replacement The aim of this Bachelor thesis has been to improve theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills connected with the diagnosis of total hip replacement and with various physiotherapeutic methods used after the implantation of an artificial hip joint. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, general part deals with the anatomy and kinesiology of the hip joint as well as with osteoarthrosis as the most frequent cause leading to the total hip replacement, and with particular types of implants and operating approaches mostly used in practice. The most important component part of the first section is the rehabilitation plan used in patients afflicted with this diagnosis, which includes preoperative rehabilitation, early rehabilitation after the operation, as well as subsequent curative rehabilitation. The second, specialist part deals with the casuistry of a patient submitted to the implantation of an artificial hip joint, including an assessment of the effects of the chosen therapy by comparing the kinesiological analyses before and after the treatment.

Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and the processing of study reports of patients diagnosed with Subacute sensomotoric axonal polyneuropathy. Abstract: This thesis is dividend into two main parts - general and special section. The general part includes anatomical and neurophysiological aspects of CIP characterized by its brief history, treatment, diagnosis, and precipitating factors. The special part is devoted to a case study and rehabilitation plan for the patient. The summary of the theoretical knowledge and the main goal of therapy was the recovery of a patient into a state most simile to full health. The case study was prepared at the time of practice from January 22nd to February 4th 2011 at the neurology department at the district hospital in Kladno a.s. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with cerebellar ischemic stroke. Summary: The general part of the bachelor thesis deals with the topic of stroke. To understand the issue of disease there will be described the brief anatomy of vascular brain supply, division of stroke according to the location and cause of ischemia. The risk factors which affect the posibility of stroke and eventual preventation will be presented. Also the most commonly used diagnostic and physiotherapeutic methods and their benefits in a different stages of the disease will be mentioned. In the practical part of the thesis there will be described case study of the patient treated for ischemic stroke.
