1 Fundamental human rights and freedoms in a state of emergency Abstract The subject of this thesis is a description of the institute of the state of emergency and its impact on specific fundamental human rights and freedoms defined in Section 5 of Act No. 240/2000 Coll. on Crisis Management (Crisis Act). The first chapter compares the state of emergency with the state of war, state of national emergency, state of danger and state of pandemic emergency. It also includes a discussion of the circumstances surrounding the adoption of the Pandemic Act and concludes with a historical perspective on states of emergency. The second chapter discusses each case of state of emergency - the 2002 floods, the 2006 floods, Hurricane Kyrill 2007, the 2013 floods, the covid pandemic and the war in Ukraine. For specific states of emergency, the reason for their declaration and a list of the fundamental rights that have been restricted are described. The third chapter describes the instruments that interfere with fundamental rights and freedoms, of which the most space is devoted to government crisis measures, including a discussion of their substantive nature and the related judicial review. Revitalization Program of Floral Garden in Kromeriz

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to create a project of adaptation and functional utilization of the whole foreground area of the Flower Garden in Kromeriz including existing buildings, and the design of visitor´s centre project. I am concerned with the importance of the original entrance restoration and utilization of the existing entry building coherency with the town. I re-establish the structuring of the whole foreground area.

Preparation of the Company to Enter the Stock Market

The bachelor thesis is focused on preparation of a company for entry on a stock exchange through an initial public offer of shares (IPO) as one option from the available options of financing the company. The thesis presents basic theoretical considerations relating to the financial market, the joint stock company and the IPO method. The analysis of Partners Financial Services in terms of the level of readiness for admission to the stock exchange, selection of a suitable market for IPO implementation and assessment of the macroeconomic situation of the macroeconomic situation are also presented in the analytical part.

Increasing of the brand values

The diploma thesis is focuses on monitoring the effectiveness of marketing resources and increasing the brand value of the company. The theoretical part deals with the findings about the company issues, brand and its value. The thesis subsequently presents a list of elements that relate to increasing of the brand value. The final topic of the theoretical part aims at methods of evaluation of brand value and interviewing methodology. In the practical part, the thesis deals with the analysis of the selected construction company, evaluation of its brand in comparison with another company of similar character and hypothesis testing. Finally, on the basis of the findings, marketing tools are proposed to effectively increase brand value of the company.

The Building on Obilní trh

The gap on the opposite side of Obilní trh has been a neglected area for a long time and it looks unaesthetic. The location of the place is ideal for the construction of a building of public interest as it is located near the city center and at the same time it is surrounded by nature especially the park around the castle Spilberk. The situation is solved in this thesis by designing a multifunctional building which houses mainly the Office of district Brno střed, Brno City Architect's Office and the Urban Center. The premises attract with their variable use and also with the mutual communication of the building with the outdoor spaces. The urbanism of the design respects and complements the surrounding public space while not disturbing the current state of public infrastructure and life in the city. On the contrary, the design supports the attractiveness of the place and the city of Brno as such.

Master‘s thesis is focused on the possibility of financing a company through entering the alternative market of the Prague Stock Exchange Ltd. The alternative market of the Prague Stock Exchange is the START Market, which is suitable for smaller and innovative czech companies. This is about an unregulated market, which means that the conditions of admission conditions and trading rules are set by the stock exchange. The thesis defines the basic starting points, which are connected with the capital market, the market organizer and the initial public offering of stocks (IPO).

Infuse of specialization on structure cities, rural habitat and landscape

Specialization and concentration of human activity is a phenomenon which accompanies the development of human settlements from their very beginning. While thoroughly explored in other fields, interconnection between pecialisation, on one hand, and urbanism and architecture, on the other, has been neglected. Nevertheless, this issue is of high ignificance since it determines the settlement structure development to a large extent. If understood correctly, this underlying principle of the impact of specialisation and concentration on the settlement development offers a new insight into historical context and enables one to understand the present development.

Construction-Technological Preparation of Warehouse and Administrative Building in Černá za Bory

The aim of this diploma thesis is the construction and technological solution of the warehouse and administrative building in Černá za Bory. The diploma thesis contains technological procedures for assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton and realization of industrial floor. This work solves problems that could arise during the assembly of the skeleton and realization of industrial floor. The thesis contains a construction technology project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, the situation of the construction with broader relations of transport routes, the project of construction site equipment and the main design of machines and mechanisms. Furthermore, I created a variant solution of skeleton assembly including financial and time evaluation. Since the project documentation that was provided to me did not include any details for the skeleton placement, I decided to develop design details for the skeleton placement. Subsequently, I developed a plan for occupational safety and health. As a part of this work I made a comparison of industrial floors, both in terms of performance and economic. In order to find out the time demands, I prepared an exact timetable for the implementation of the main building. In order to ensure high safety and quality, I prepared a control and testing plan for the assembly of the skeleton and for the implementation of industrial flooring.
