Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přípravu společnosti na vstup na burzu prostřednictvím prvotní veřejné nabídky akcií (IPO) jakožto využití jedné možnosti z dostupných variant financování společnosti. V práci jsou uvedena základní teoretická východiska vztahující se k finančnímu trhu, akciové společnosti a metodě IPO. Dále v analytické části práce je zobrazen rozbor společnosti Partners Financial Services, a. s. z hlediska míry připravenosti na vstup na burzu, výběr vhodného trhu pro realizaci IPO a zhodnocení makroekonomické situace. The bachelor thesis is focused on preparation of a company for entry on a stock exchange through an initial public offer of shares (IPO) as one option from the available options of financing the company. The thesis presents basic theoretical considerations relating to the financial market, the joint stock company and the IPO method. The analysis of Partners Financial Services in terms of the level of readiness for admission to the stock exchange, selection of a suitable market for IPO implementation and assessment of the macroeconomic situation of the macroeconomic situation are also presented in the analytical part.
