Analysis of the area and design of the new solution of apartment building, Solnická Street, Dobruška

The goal of this Bachelor thesis is the analysis of the development area located on the southeastern outskirts of the town of Dobruška and its evaluation in terms of possible building construction. The proposal created on the basis of gathered limits includes the siting of six apartment blocks and an object of parking garages used not only for parking vehicles but also as a noise barrier of the adjacent road. Furthermore, this work provides solutions for the technical and transport infrastructure. The output contains site plans, along with the Technical report and related calculations.

Traffic Solution Study in the Skalka area in the Náchod City

This diploma thesis deals with the design of the traffic solution of the local road on the outskirts of the city of Náchod and outlining the possible use of the surrounding areas. The drawings were processed in the Civil 3D program. The output of design of the corridor, created with regard to the irregularlyshaped terrain and compliance with the design parameters given by decrees and technical standards, would, after its implementation, reduce traffic in the area.

The Czech Counterculture and Its Media Representation in the Period of 1983-1987

The bachelor thesis "The Czech Counterculture and Its Media Representation in the Period of 1983-1987" analyses the media coverage of that part of culture of the communist regime which was set aside from the propagandized main stream - either systematically by the regime or purposely by its performers. In the first part of the thesis, besides the outlining of the era of normalization and its media, there is a description of this type of culture, both in its illegal way (so called underground culture) and its official way of providing an alternative to the main stream. In the second part, the thesis is focused on following how the media reflected the alternative culture, using the chosen periodicals as an exemplar. The method of the research uses qualitative analysis and the research material consists of periodicals Rudé právo, Tribuna, Mladá fronta, Melodie a Tvorba in the period of the years 1983-1987. The thesis concentrates mainly on music, especially on the special phenomenon, which can be called the "New wave disruption effort." Other concerned issues and revealed facts in this thesis are definite differences about the way of media coverage of alternative culture between the single chosen periodicals, and also the transformation of the way of representation during the studied period.

Methods of map skills development at Czech pupils

The theme of this thesis is the development of maps skills at Czech pupils. Map skills are an integral part of Geography courses at primary and secondary schools, but ways of developing of these skills are discussed very rarely in Czechia. The theoretical part deals with the map skills teaching and their inclusion to the Czech curriculum. It also deals with more detailed definition of the map skills concept and their classification. On the basis of one selected group of map skills (making maps) are commented work sheets for pupils at the end of the lower primary school, at the end of upper primary school and at the end of secondary school, so at the age of 11, 15 and 17-19 designed. These work sheets should help to motivate geography teacher to develop the skills of making maps at the pupils in the Czechia. Thesis "Use and importance of sweeteners in food" creates a list of commonly used sweeteners, not only in the food industry, but also use of home. Sweeteners are divided into natural and synthetic. Thesis includes informations on the best known and wide spnead natural sweeteners where high consumption risk of dental caries and obesity. Further described are all synthetic sweeteners used in the Czech Republic and the European Union is divided according to the respective categories, including their use in food. Thesis includes a characteristic of diabetes mellistus and phenylketonuria, that the consumption of synthetic sweeteners related.
