MICROSTRUCTURE/PROPERTIES RELATIONSHIP IN ULTRAFINE GRAINED ALUMINIUM PROCESSED BY ECAP TACHNIQUE

Experiments were conducted on pure ultrafine grained aluminium processed by severe plastic deformation using the equal ů channel angular pressing ů ECAP technique. By this technique bulk ultrafine grained material was prepared. The propertis of this material considerably differs from properties of material with standard grain size. It was found that microstructure of ultrafine grained aluminium after one pass by the ECAP die contains subgrains and these subgrains are changed by subsequent ECAP passes in grains separated by high angle grain boundaries. In this work special attention is given to the stability of microstructure and the relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of ECAP material.

A level of services offer of telecommunication operator in EU

This thesis compares offers of telecommunication services among separate sub-companies of one telecommunication operator that resides in EU countries and also with offers of competing companies in the market. For the main comparison the telecommunication services themselves are defined, using technical terms from academic sources, professional literature, legislative and statistical offices; then european market and especially services coverage among inhabitants is analysed. The main part then introduces the selected company and his services in countries' market where it takes part. For this comparison there are also offers of companies competing in the Czech market taken into account. As a supportive source for conclusions of this work a questionnaire research among EU inhabitants was conducted; not only for the purposes of services evaluation but also as a reflection of image perception and market position.

Corporate culture in the multicultural company: SAP AG

Práce se zabývá problematikou firemní kultury v prostředí nadnárodní společnosti. V teoretické části se čtenáři seznámí s pojmy jako kultura, národní a firemní kultura. Důraz je zde kladen především na různá pojetí konceptu kulturních dimenzí, kde je vyzdvihnuto dílo Geerta Hofstedeho. Praktická část aplikuje získané znalosti na příkladu německé společnosti SAP AG a jejího administrativního centra SAP BSCE Prague. Tato část je obohacena aktuálním průzkumem mezi spolupracovníky na téma firemní kultura.

The Valuation of Škoda Auto, a. s.

Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením hodnoty společnosti Škoda Auto, a. s. k datu 29. 2. 2008 na základě metody diskontovaných cash flow ve variantě volných peněžních toků do firmy (FCFF). Východiskem je porovnání hodnoty podniku s hodnotami tržních kapitalizací předních světových automobilových výrobců a především stanovení podílu hodnoty Škoda Auto, a. s. na hodnotě tržní kapitalizace mateřské Volkswagen. Mimo jiné práce obsahuje finanční analýzu společnosti a zhodnocení situace v odvětví automobilového průmyslu ve světovém měřítku.
