The aim of the present thesis is to introduce, describe and explain the meaning of financial consultancy, and show the principles it is based on and which are used. Further, it is meant to present OVB Allfinanz, Corp. and show examples of its work. The thesis also tries to seek the relation between financial crisis and the demand for consultancy services, and assess whether the crisis has rather positive or negative impact.

This bachelor work is focused on mortgages in the Czech Republic. Mortgages generally are described at the beginning of my work - their characteristics, properties and kinds. Approval procedure of mortgages is described in another part of work (from request for loan to mortgage repayment). Practical part of my work includes comparison of products of mortgage banks, which I made from the point of view of advantages for customers. This work deals with the theme of financial crisis in the mortgage market, which have started in the USA in 2008.

The thesis, in the part one, summarises theoretic findings and data, relating to clusters and competitive strength questions. It describes national assistance of clusters and delimits Czech Commerce Department agenda subvention requirements. In the part two view of cluster sphere situation in the Czech Republic regarding clusters origination, building up, national assistance and financing is summarised. Part three of the thesis demonstrates particular cluster example behaviour of such as alignment.

Wage as Price on the Labour-market - Deformations on the Labour-market

The thesis is split into five parts. The part one familiarizes readers with theoretic findings relating to wages and labour-markets scope. Second part of thesis involves definitions of the wage and concerns the wage from the personnel manager's point of view. Next part pays attention to particular labour-market deformations. Part number four creates the earnings trend scope in the Czech Republic after the year 1990. The last part analyses selected labour-market deformations.
