Digitized experiments - The instrument for mastering of selected curriculum of general chemistry

By analyzing electronical tools, online applications and tutorials from Czech Republic and abroad I have come to the conclusion that it is necessary to create a flexible educational instrument which includes digitized chemical experiments for general chemistry. Following the analysis of present databases, CD ROMs and VHS containing pictured experiments I found out that a lot of spectacular experiments with pyrotechnical components have not been shooted at all or not in the range of "greater" chemicals quantity. The chosen programming language, in which FMDP was written, proved to be most efficient. This choice emerged from a discussion with programmers and was motivated in particular by larger possibilities of C# than HTML have. In addition to it the modification of the FMDP content is easy. The teachers with minimum of the PC-literacy can make any changes in FMDP, alternate any of its parts and adapt them for various internal and external conditions of education. Environmental and health impacts of treatment waste containing asbestos

Asbestos is a naturally occurring fibrous mineral, for its outstanding qualities have been widely used in all sectors, but most in the construction industry. Only later revealed that asbestos also has negative effects on the health of people. Followed the first restrictions in European countries and then a complete ban on the import, manufacture and use of asbestos. In the CR was issued first limitation on asbestos as late as 1984. Asbestos causes three main diseases, asbestosis, lung cancer and mezotheliom. Since the nineties last century, there is a gradual removal of asbestos and its substitution by other materials. This is accompanied by the emergence of asbestos waste. In the works is summarize the production of waste in the CR, is deal with understanding the proper procedure for remediation of asbestos with introducing their absences and the method waste removal. In the diseases caused by asbestos is the data statistically evaluated and graphically worked their outline. At present frequently remove asbestos materials from buildings and facilities, causing impacts on the environment. The Czech Republic lacks regulation that would govern the procedure for demolition of buildings containing asbestos materials. Skeletal muscle in patients with renal faiture

Úvodní část hlavní statě obsahuje stručný přehled fyziologie a anatomie fyziologického kosterního svalu. Zabývá se také jeho vlastnostmi jako je únava a regenerace. V další kapitole je struč n ě pojednáno o chronickém selhání ledvin, jeho komplikacích a zdravotních problémech, zahrnujících též sníženou funkci kosterního svalu a sníženou tělesnou zdatnost. Do klinického obrazu uremická myopatie, obsaženého ve třetí části, patří svalová atrofie (hlavně II.typu vláken) a rychle nastupující únava. Dále jsou zde popsány morfologické a funkční změny uremického kosterního svalu jako je zvýšená produkce laktátu, snížený přenos kyslíku z kapilár do svalu a poškození svalových vláken na buněčné úrovni. Na tyto změny pak navazuje negativní vliv uremické myopatie omezující celkovou zdatnost a toleranci zátěže. V poslední části práce jsou uvedeny možnosti terapeutického ovlivnění uremi cké myopatie, mezi jejichž aspekty patří kvalita dialyzační léčby, prevence sekundárního hyperparatyreoidismu , nutriční stav, suplementace karnitinu a korekce anémie pomocí lidského rekombinantního erytropoetinu. Jako další terapeutický přístup je ve zvláštní kapitole popsán rehabilitační pohybový program, k t e rý u uremických pacientů vyžaduje lékařský předpis s danou intenzitou a délkou zátěže, které jsou určeny individuálně. Logistic and logistic chains in the context of transport infrastructure development in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on road infrastructure

The transport infrastructure facilitates the development of national economies not only in Europe but all over the world. Stagnating transport network development, along with stagnating modernisation of such networks caused by a lack of funds and associated with the absence of modern approach and technology within the construction and operation, has a fatal impact on the advancement of trade, industry and, ultimately, the development of the state itself. The dissertation thesis aims to describe and verify the way the heavy road infrastructure development supports the economy of the whole country, regions and economic entities. At the same time, the thesis strives to examine whether the construction completion accelerates the development and building of logistic centres in the vicinity of such big highways, and the manner the commissioning of such buildings is reflected in traffic intensity changes inland and at the borders.

The developement of basic income categories in net incomes of Czech households

This thesis is focused on examining the impact of income taxes on social groups of employees and pensioners in comparison with the aggregate population between years 2004 and 2014 in the Czech Republic. The measurement was accomplished based on measurements of global progression and effective tax rates from SILC. The results show that the impact of income taxes on the social group of emloyees is slightly progressive in all studied years, the social group of pensioneers has a low rate of income differentiation and is affected the least by income taxes out of all studied groups. The impact of income taxes on the aggregate population is also slightly progressive despite the fact that all studied years show an interval, on which the income taxes are regressive.
