Analysis of the flat surface grinding by using standard machines

In the first part of this thesis is discussed of the possibilities of surface grinding. There are described various methods for grinding and describe their characteristics. Furthermore, there is shown the marking of grinding wheels and is discussed of their composition and of calculating the cutting forces. In the second part of this thesis the experiment is performed. On the samples of various materials are monitored parameters of roughness after grinding, which is used by conventional grinding BPH 300 and horizontal lathe from company TDZ Turn.

Optimalization of the assembly line of automotive headlamps in the HELLA AUTOTECHNIK NOVA, s.r.o. company

The diploma thesis is focused on optimizing of the assembly line of automotive headlamps BMW F30 LCI LED in the HELLA AUTOTECHNIK NOVA, s.r.o. Mohelnice company. The main intention of this thesis is in her first part the analysis of current status of arrangement assembly line, material flow and assembly procedures. In the second part of my thesis are proposed possible options for optimization. And in the last part of thesis is then selected optimal solution that streamlines the entire assembly process, possibly reducing the number of workers on the line and all based on technical and economic evaluation.

Analysis of the Interface Systems and their Influence on the Product and Production Qualification

This thesis study deals with the development of supplier relationship model, connection to the system concept of this relationship and the use of the fuzzy logic in the supplier evaluation. Thesis study focus on the evaluation of the supplier relationship from the quality point of view, further describes the role of the purchasing within the organization. Than is a description of the Lean concept in connection with the supply chain management. The practical part of the thesis study contains an analysis of a selected companies including supplier evaluation using a mathematical model – fuzzy logic. The conclusion and benefits are described in the final part of the thesis study .

Feasibility study of aluminium parts manufacturing at Alfa company

This thesis is dedicated to a study of manufacturing of aluminum parts at Alfa company. A complete analysis of the company's main product which are roller doors for commercial vehicles is elaborated. The thesis is based on a existing operation of the company and tries to find the optimal solution for the future. The result is the definition of a new solution and determination it’s operating costs, economic impacts and suggestions for improvement. Design of the fixture for the clamping of the machined part

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on design for clamping of machined part on CNC machine EC-1600. Familiarization with issue, including a theory that is necessary for desing and manufactrure of the fixture. There are made design of options fixture, calculations of cutting forces, clamping forces, verification of safety and economic evaluation. The aim is to create the documentation that discusses all information regarding to a proposal fixture clamp of managment of the compandy OMNI-X CZ.
