Nursing care of the patient with 2 type diabetes mellitus

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zpracování případové studie ošetřovatelské péče u pacientky s diabetem mellitus 2.typu hospitalizované na interním oddělení. Pacientka souhlasí s použitím informací, které jsem s jejím svolením získala. V části klinické se zabývám anatomií, fyziologií a patofyziologií pankreatu s návazností na charakteristiku, klasifikaci a klinický obraz onemocnění diabetes mellitus 2. typu. Nedílnou součástí je diagnostika, terapie a možné akutní nebo chronické komplikace DM. V této části též uvádím základní údaje o nemocné, včetně diagnostiky a farmakoterapie u nemocné a průběh její hospitalizace. V části ošetřovatelské se zabývám charakteristikou ošetřovatelského procesu a jeho fázemi. Dále se již věnuji zhodnocení stavu pacientky a aplikuji model Marjory Gordonové. Informace získávám z ošetřovatelské anamnézy, pohovoru s pacientkou a z údajů získaných od zdravotnického personálu. Na základě těchto informací sestavuji aktuální a potencionální ošetřovatelské diagnózy. Aktuální diagnózy jsem sestavila dle priorit a stanovila poté plán ošetřovatelské péče. V závěru práce se zaměřuji zvláště na edukaci pacienta s diabetem, která je neoddělitelnou součástí léčby.
The etrance of Starbucks Coffee Company into the Czech market in 2008-2009

Bachelor thesis "The entrance of Starbucks Coffee Company into the Czech market in 2008-2009" deals with Starbucks Coffee Company and its entrance into the market of the Czech Republic. Thesis is concerned with the description of Starbucks brand in general, its distinctive position among the others and its specific approach to marketing communication. First and foremost, the thesis is the description of its marketing and communication activities in the Czech Republic between years 2008 and 2009 and review of the communication techniques they were used for the entrance into the new country. The thesis also compares communication activities of Starbucks in the Czech Republic and foreign countries. Simultaneously, it describes the modern way of marketing communication including individual approach to customer, corporate social responsibility and use of new communication channels, which all Starbucks represents. The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to create a comprehensive file about Starbucks Coffee Company, its corporate strategy and culture and to describe the particular marketing procedures used by the company in global and local measure. It also proposes to find out if and how is Starbucks brand adapting the marketing communication patterns in foreign markets to correspond with a local customer standards...
A Study of the Properties of Compacts from silicified microcrystalline celluloses.

V práci je studována pevnost tablet v tahu a doba rozpadu výlisků ze silicifikovaných mikrokrystalických celulos, Prosolv SMCC 90 a Prosolv HD 90, v závislosti na lisovací síle, přídavku dvou typů mazadel a dvou léčivých látek. Mazadla byla stearan hořečnatý a stearylfumarát sodný v koncentraci 0,5%, aktivní látky kyselina askorbová a acetylsalicylová v koncentraci 50%. Prosolv SMCC 90 byl lépe lisovatelný než Prosolv HD 90; výlisky měly vyšší pevnost a ta se zvyšovala s lisovací silou. Prosolv HD 90 byl více citlivý na přídavek mazadel a větší pokles pevnosti byl zaznamenán v přítomnosti stearylfumarátu sodného. Vliv mazadel na pevnost tablet v přítomnosti léčivých látek nebyla stejná. Doba rozpadu výlisků z Prosolvu HD 90 bez i s mazadly byla kratší než z Prosolvu SMCC 90 a zvyšovala se s rostoucí lisovací silou. Doba rozpadu se prodloužila přídavkem mazadel a významně byla zkrácena přídavkem léčivých látek. Výlisky s kyselinou askorbovou měly kratší dobu rozpadu než s kyselinou acetylsalicylovou a doba rozpadu nebyla výrazně ovlivněna přítomností mazadel.
A comparison of the properties of tablets from silicified microcrystalline celluloses of different particle size.

In the work is studied mechanical strength and disintegration time of tablets prepared by direct compression of the two form silicified microcrystalline celluloses - Prosolv SMCC 50 and Prosolv SMCC 90 according to the compression force (3; 3,5; 4kN), addition of lubricants (magnesium stearate, Pruv) and addition of model active substances (acetylsalicylic acid, ascorbic acid). Studied co-processed filler-binders differ by the size of elements. Used concentration of lubricants was 0,5 %, of model active substances 50 %. Tablet strenght and the disintegration time rise with the increasing compression force. The work confirms the low impact of the lubricants on the tablet strenght from microcrystalline celluloses (especially Prosolv SMCC 50). Prosolv SMCC 50 gives firmer tablets with longer disintegration time. The disintegration time of all of the tableting blends is increased by adding of lubricants as well, higher negative impact has magnesium stearate. The presence of model active substances decreases the strength of the tablets and accelerates the disintegration time of all of the tested compounds, in the mixtures with active substances was not applied negative impact of lubricats on the disintegration time (except of Prosolv SMCC 50 in mixture with ascorbic acid - the disintegration time was not...

This bachelors thesis elaborates on the topics of Marketing mix. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the importance of marketing, marketing mix and seven elements that are characteristic to the services. It is a product, distribution, price, promotion, people, physical evidence and processes. The practical part is focused on the solutions itself. It describes the use of marketing mix at the company Autoškola Horčička, LTD. At the end of the practical part there is a recommendation for improving of the current situation of the company.
Magnetic orientation of chosen dog breeds

Theoretical part of this thesis deals at first with a dog breed Patterdale Terrier. There is also mentioned the beginning of the history of the breed, it´s characteristic description and formally recognized standard. Part of the bachelor is the economic analysis, which is made subjectively and could serve to possible new Patterdale Terrie breeders. This breed was subsequently used as the object of studying at the practical section. Furthermore, the work deals with the issue of magnetism, namely the phenomenon called magnetoreception. Are outlined here the main hypothesis of mechanisms functioning of magnetoreception. The practical part of the bachelor is aimed at the body orientation monitoring of chosen dogs at water intake. Statistical analysis supported the hypothesis of North-South direction preference by different animals in various activities. Dogs were turning their bodies in a range of 170°-210°.

Fluctuation of Earth's magnetic field and its influence on dogs Kateřina Beránková The aim of the bachelor thesis was monitoring and documenting the orientation selected breeds of dogs when feeding, depending on fluctuation of the Earth's magnetic field. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with a summary of information about one of the three selected breeds of dogs (deutscher boxer), that was just like the rest of breeds used as a model animal for the practical part. In the next part is introduced magnetoreception, therefore, the ability of animals to perceive the Earth's magnetic field and its hypothetical models of functioning. There is also described magnetic orientation and its other forms which are magnetic map, magnetic compass and magnetic alignment, which is spontaneous orientation of the body axis of the animal in certain direction, for example, in the North-South axis by influence of the Earth's magnetic field. The practical part of the thesis mainly deals with exploring the influence of the Earth's magnetic field on the orientation of the head and of the body axis, when dogs are feeding. Selected breeds of dogs were Deutscher boxer, Bernese mountain dog, Chodsky dog and hybrid of Labrador retriever and Siberian husky. Statistical analysis showed North-South direction preference only in the case of the breed Chodsky dog. For other breeds of dogs, East-West orientation was dominated.
