Next part represents application of financial analysis methods to assess the financial situation of the company with concrete proposals on future improvement of financial situation in company and evaluation of global estate.
Project of In-house Accounting Guidelines in Company E-Technik, a.s.
Macháň, Jan ; Polák, Josef (referee) ; Beranová, Michaela (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis is focused on problems with in-house accounting guidelines in company E-Technik, a. s. The bachelor´s thesis is based on current legislation and regulations, which govern accounting and in-house guidelines. The main aim is to create in-house accounting guideline for a complete and proven stock records and capture stock in accounting. Created in-house accounting guideline ensures the same procedures for valuation reserves and stock records in the company.
Universal precision rectifiers with current active elements and current excitation
Uher, Jiří ; Polák, Josef (referee) ; Langhammer, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis deals mainly with universal precision full-wave rectifiers with current excitation of diodes, it also describes current and universal current conveyor and influence of the diode reverse recovery time. In the end of this thesis a new circuit solution of the universal precision full-wave rectifier is proposed and realized.
Fully-differential frequency filters with controllable active elements
Zapletal, Miroslav ; Polák, Josef (referee) ; Langhammer, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the fully-differential frequency filters that work in current-mode and the tunability is made possible by active elements. In the first part we will deal with theoretical analysis of frequency filters, and a closer approximation of a filter design method. The second part deals with designing of frequency filters using signal-flow graphs method, converting not differential structures to differential structures and comparing the results of proposed filters. In the third part will be made up our suggested filter. It will be also measured out in VUT laboratory to verifying his functionality. Last we will compare results of real detect values of differential and not differential connection. The last part is the conclusion, in which an assessment of the whole work is made.
Analysis of filter structures with controllable amplifiers
Pánek, David ; Langhammer, Lukáš (referee) ; Polák, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on simulations and practical realizations of already existing frequency filters with modern active components in current mode. New simulation ABM model (Analog Behavioral Model) of DACA (Digital Adjustable Current Amplifier) element was used in the simulations. The first part informs about problems concerning analogue frequency filters. The second part deals with used active components - DACA (Digital Adjustable Current Amplifier), MO-CF (Multiple Output Current Follower), BOTA (Balanced transconductance amplifier) and UCC (universal current conveyor). Four circuits have been chosen and implemented into PCB (printed circuit board) on the basis of simulation results. The first circuit tunes the quality factor with help of DACA component. The second circuit tunes the natural frequency and quality factor with help of DACA components. The third and the fourth circuits are simulated and implemented in differential and also in single ended forms. These circuits tune the natural frequency with help of the same set of current amplification by DACA components. The last part is summary of simulation’s and practical measurement‘s result of this project.
The filter structures with an electronically adjustable active elements
Ledniczky, Péter ; Langhammer, Lukáš (referee) ; Polák, Josef (advisor)
This thesis explains designing frequency filters with active adjustable (regulable). Basic filter division, features and characteristics are shown in the first part. Second part includes active components and their realization. Third part is dedicated to basic methods and one of them is chosen for realization. The fourth part describes simulated frequency filter in differential and nondifferential form. Last part contains design and simulation of two frequency filters with adjustable components based on chosen method. In the fifth part is located my own project: Universal frequency filter. The last section contains pratical measuring and realization. Conclusion contains thesis evaluation and explanation of difficulties that occured during work.
New laboratory exercises in OMNeT++ network simulator
Vlašín, Martin ; Polák, Josef (referee) ; Langhammer, Lukáš (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with creating four laboratory tasks using simulation tool OMNeT++ and Inet Framework extension. Subject matter of these designed tasks is focused on routing protocols, providing quality of service, computer networking technologies used in local area networks and comparison of active networking devices. First task contains the comparison of behaviour and routing techniques between protocols RIPv2 and OSPFv2, including the effect of dividing OSPF network into smaller areas. Second task is focused on various techniques for controlling quality of service, namely FIFO queue, PQ and WFQ. Main goal is the comparison of results, that define quality of network services. Third task compares networking technologies, Ethernet and WLAN, parameters of transmission. Fourth task offers comparison of networking devices, hub, switch and router. This paper also contains required theory of network technologies and software tools used for executing simulations.
Automated measurement of circuit characteristics of the current amplifier
Polák, Josef ; Koton, Jaroslav (referee) ; Jeřábek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor thesis was to construct a system for measuring DC and AC current measurements of selected characteristics of an amplifier with controllable amplification DACA. It describes the internal structure and the principle of setting the gain of the amplifier. I put together programs for controlling of measurement systems in the program Agilent VEE 9.2. The software communicates with devices via the GPIB bus. For saving and processing data is use Microsoft Excel. With this program Agilent VEE can communicate. With the incurred DC and AC measuring system I carried out measurements at one current amplifier. The measured values are processed into graphs and are given in the last two parts of this work. These measurements shows that the current amplifier operates under the assumptions and myself designed and constructed measurement systems work without problems.
Evaluation of the Commercial Risk at Exporting to China
Polák, Josef ; Dostál, Petr (referee) ; Laitochová, Jitka (referee) ; Žufan, Pavel (referee) ; Zinecker, Marek (advisor)
This PhD thesis focuses on current issues of commercial risk in international trade, particularly on the evaluation of commercial risk when exporting to China. This PhD thesis presents initial theoretical framework for solution of the problem and also presents statistical results of primary research conducted for Czech exporters necessary to meet the objectives of the dissertation. The aim of this PhD thesis is to construct the model for assessment of commercial risks of exporting to China. The constructed model is probabilistic model, while outcoming results of resulting commercial risk rating based on the averaging of the probable costs or losses caused by the effects of commercial risk which may arise in exporting business entity at unsecured contract, and may take considerable values. The constructed model allows both, to calculate with costs in their absolute probable values as well as to calculate with costs in their relative values as percentages of the contract value. The issue of trade with China is broad and encompasses several disciplines. This implies a large potential for further research which aims in particular to the modeling of knowledge, and by extension created the probabilistic model to the knowledge model.
Proposal of the Company's Financial Plan
Pešová, Veronika ; Polák, Josef (referee) ; Žižlavský, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis consists of three main parts. The first one contains theoretical data for financial planning. It is focused on principles and methods of financial planning, on creation of short – term and long – term financial plan and its following control. In the second part there is implementation of evaluation of contemporary situation in chosen company and financial analysis that act as a basis for formation of financial plan. The practical part contains financial plan design of ABC, s.r.o. company.
