Impact of the new Civil Code on various legal areas

The work addresses impact of the new Civil Code and recodification as such on selected laws. The first chapter analyzes the impact of the new Civil Code on the Income tax law and the consequences of this impact. The second chapter deals with the impact of the recodification on the notarial law and demonstrates terminological and factual amendments made to this law. The third chapter is concerned with the projection of the new Civil Code in the Labour Code and the impact of the new Civil Code on the relationship between these two codes. The work mainly uses methods of comparison and analysis. Legislation before the amendments of 2014-01-01 is compared with current legislation and the observed changes are subsequently analyzed.

Econometric analysis of oil price

This bachelor thesis is focused on econometric analysis of oil price WTI. The purpose of the work is to find what factors have influence on the oil price. These factors are tested by econometric methods and after choosing the selected variables I tried to build up some models which describe the oil price WTI movements. In building up the models I am using econometric approaches to correct the models. The bachelor thesis is divided into 3 main chapters -- two of them are theoretical and the last chapter is practical. In the theoretic parts there is a summary of oil facts, extraction, processing of oil, oil market and there is a description of selected econometric methods. In practical part there are my own models and comments on the results. The resulting models show weaker effect of traditionally expected factors like supply and demand for oil and on the other hand greater influence of other factors like global financial crisis or oil stocks. The bachelor thesis leads to proving some thesis from the used literature. It also shows the complexity of creating oil price.

Do oil prices affect inflation?

Goal of bachelor thesis is exploration of relationship between development of oil price and inflation in United States of America, Federal Republic of Germany and Japan. Theoretical part is focused on previous research, development of oil price and analysis of prices of oil. My research has been conducted with help of regression and correlation analysis in three time periods in years 1970-1983, 1984-1999, 2000-2014 and is based on quarterly data. Based on development of selected macroeconomic variables is investigated hypothesis that there is small positive correlation between oil price and inflation. This correlation should be strongest in the 80s of last century, than it should be minimalized till turn of millennium, when it should be stronger again. Result of my work verifies the hypothesis about small positive correlation. However development of this correlation was different than I presumed.

The diploma thesis at first deals with the analysis of furniture CNC machining centers, which leads to the selection of the most suitable machine for a specific company. Second part of the thesis is to design furniture that is adapted for production on the furniture CNC machining center. Coffee table is chosen for design and manufacturing. The thesis contains both a theoretical study of the problems of CNC manufactured table furniture and practical part which describes the process of selection a suitable machine for a specific company and also describes whole process of creating a new furniture. The creation itself is described from sketches through material selection, appropriate joints to the prototype manufacturing. Coffee table which is designed and manufactured contains component, which is used in the design of dining and work table.

Violin Making in Brno

The bachelor work deals with the Brno violin makers. In the first chapter I am presenting the history of Brno musical culture. In the second chapter I am focusing on general development of instrument making in our country. The third chapter deals with the violin makers working in Brno since the mid - 17th century. The chapter is followed by the fourth one, where the contemporary Brno violin maker´s families are being discussed. The work is supplemented with the pictures of the musical instruments coming from the Brno violin markers.,

Web Content Management Systems

This thesis is trying to map the history of the Internet until we meet the web content management systems. Those systems are compared with a few simple criteria. In the thesis, there is also in details described the CMS system Wordpress. Based on this description, a practical installation of this system is made. The aim of this thesis is to create a fully functional web presentation of an elementary school and describe the steps, leading to this goal.

It captures the period since 1952, ie since the inception of the Joint Assembly, an institution which immediately preceded the European Parliament, until the Treaty on European Union. It focuses primarily on power control, budgetary and legislative. There is recorded only their development but also the various causes that led to its change and expansion. Finally, attention is paid to the extent to which the European Parliament and the different powers applied to their application was respected by other EU institutions. Political marketing: case study of election into the council of the Susice town

I have chosen a political marketing as a matter of subject of my bachelor's study, which I'm applying on election campaign CSSD in election to council in Susice. I am describing it as a progress of political marketing and implementing of marketing technics into the political area in the first chapter. I'm focusing on marketing in process on which base is political marketing fully functional in marketing and making as possible on ground of analysis of political market to prepare a quality campaign in the next chapter. I'm specializing in marketing mix further and in particular one of its component-promotion, which is one of the most visible and concrete component. I'm implementing propagation in the practic part of the study on election into council of the Susice town which has taken place between 15th and 16th of October 2010. I'm targeting concretely CSSD after summarizing overall political situation in Susice and short analysis (concise evaluation) of election campaigns of others parties running for the election. On the ground of analysis propagations technique and of election program I have came to conclusion, why this party didn't succeed.

The introductory part deals with the fundamental characteristics of communication, currently used communication models, analyze the communication process and describe social nature of communication using managers communication networks inside and outside the organization. After that, the work refers to specific forms of communication and their use with ICT technology. The practical part firstly examines the managers communication needs and then analyzes the claims and demands for communication strategy. The gained knowledge is then used to design specific management communications system.
