Detection of changes in digital images

This thesis concerns with change detection problematics in digital images captured under indoor conditions with an ordinary integrated camera in two consecutive moments. All challenges that accompany this problem will be discussed, starting with preprocessing and arriving to evaluation of the results. Currently used methods from this field are described and compared with each other such as differencing and LCP (Local Correlation Peak). A novel method, based on LTP descriptors, effectively solving this problem is proposed in this work. The proposed method is then tested on real data. The results of this tests are discussed subsequently. Besides the change detection method a method for parallax error minimization is proposed here.

Tracking the movement of objects in the video signal

Tato diplomova prace se zameruje na sledovani pohybu vice objektu. Prace popisuje dve implementace filtru, ktere jsou v podstate zalozeny na principu Kalmanova filtru. Obe implementace jsou zalozeny na principu sledovani vice objektu, na zaklade znalosti pozic vsech objektu v kazdem snimku. Prvni implementace je smisena verze Globalniho a Standardniho filtru nejblizsich sousedu. Druha implementace je postavena na pravde- podobnostnim pristupu k procesu sdruzeni. Posledni kapitola poskytuje srovnani mezi temito filtry a Zakladnim filtrem. Algoritmy byly realizovany v jave.

Software for Regularity Racing

The main goal of this master‘s thesis was to create software solution suitable for measuring and results processing of regularity rally races and to create supplementary web application. The measuring application was created using integrated development environment Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 and c# programming language. For application to work correctly, it was necessary to create a database model, using MySQL relational database management system. The measuring application can work both with local and remote database server. Web application allows user to see various data including results of racing events or tournaments, data are being fetched from the MySQL database. There was an option to explore existing circuit racing software Vola Timing Circuit – Pro for inspiration.

Gait and balance disorders in Parkinson's disease - comparison of two different methods of physiotherapy

Title: Gait and balance disorders in Parkinson's disease - comparison of two different methods of physiotherapy Abstract: This thesis is concerned with the problematics of balance therapy applied to patients with Parkinson disease. The aim of the theoretical part is to briefly describe contemporary knowledge about this problem. The aim of the practical part is then to compare the level of postural stability before and after the therapy applied to those patients, that consider postural stability as their main problem. To assess postural stability problems, following tests were used: computerized Sensory Organization Test, MINI BESTest, UPDRS and measurements of knee flexion and extension. One patient underwent a balance training in the gym according to methodical row of sensory motor stimulation, another two patients underwent balance therapy on the SMART Balance Master®, all of them in the scale of 10 therapies during 5-7 weeks. In the intraindividual comparation, all patients have reached an overall improvement of their postural stability. The amount of steady state stability has not changed (according to the methods used). Proactive stability has improved in one case, the stability of gait has improved in two cases. Key words: Parkinson's disease, postural instability, physiotherapy, balance training,...

Family house

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create project documentation of a family house in Ořechov, Nová Street. The house is designed as a detached house, two-storey, with a partial basement and garage with a separate entrance. The house is designed for four member family. The project used permanent shuttering system Velox. The building is roofed shed roof and put in a gently sloping land. The project includes a thermal technical assessment, acoustic assessment and fire safety solutions.

This Bachelor thesis is focusing on possible forms of remunerating members of a limited liability company. It analyses the existing way of remunerating a member of a particular company and by means of created models of remuneration it is looking for the most optimal combination of paying out a share in profits, remuneration on the basis of the commercial-law relationship and salary on the basis of the labour-law relationship from the point of view of the tax burden, including the social and health insurance payments by this company.

Gallery of Architecture, Art and Design. Located at the Brno ring road, at the intersection of Milady Horakove street and Koliště street. The building complets the lines of streets and tapers its accent - the corner. The gallery building is based on the traditional model with a central entrance hall and wings. Central hall situated on the corner, with its variable transparency sends information about what is happening inside and attracts potential gallery visitors. The two side wings are divided on the wing with art exhibition spaces and the technical wing with workshops and supporting functions.
