The diploma thesis deals with the design of a business plan for the development of winemaking Roman Komarov. The winery is located in Ivančice and processes Moravian grapes exclusively from its own vineyards. The thesis defines the terms, which are then processed within the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company. The results that were found in the analytical part then serve as a basis for the design part. In the design part, a business plan is created, which deals with the development of the company and investment in new technology.

The Suggestion of Improving Motivation System HP TRONIC

This bachelor thesis is focused on improvement of the motivation system for the group HP TRONIC. By using a questionnaire survey the current state of satisfaction of employees with the motivation system and communication with their direct superiors was determined. The statistical hypotheses was also tested on employee satisfaction with their job benefits. In conclusion the thesis presents a proposal to improve the current motivation system, which should lead to greater employee satisfaction and higher performance.

The Issue of Financing the Care of Handicapped Children and Suggestions for its Improvement

Bachelor thesis focuses on very little popularized, but very serious issue of financing care for disabled children. The theoretical part explains the general concept of disability, its types and consequences. In the practical part is executed the SLEPT analysis, which defines the integration of these children and their families in society, their physical and financial demands, the possibility of intervention and state social assistance system and the legal basis of these claims. Subsequently are described in detail examples of practices from the perspective of income for families and institutions, in contrast with their financial needs.

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze personal marketing ethics in multinational produce company and make a suggestion to improve it. In order to attain this goal, an interview will be conducted among managers the company. The teoretic part of the thesis deals generally with the cocepts of ethics and personal marketing, following part include analyse of personal marketing. According to the theoretical backgrounds, it evaluates the analysis of the current state-of-art including currently used mitigation methods. Further, a solution is being proposed for the reduction of the economic and ecological impact on sustainable development of this business activity. The result of this thesis is a comprehensive, quality and feasible innovation proposal, which will be based on adequate methods for its realization.

Proposal for a Change in the current motivational System of the manufacturing Company

This master´s thesis is focused on proposal for a change in the current motivational system of the manufacturing company. The analyzed company wishes to remain anonymous and is therefore referred to as company ABC, a.s. The master´s thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to motivation, corporate culture, remuneration, employee education and development and job satisfaction. The practical part is focused on the presentation of the company ABC, a.s. and its current motivational system. At the same time, there is a questionnaire survey, including hypothesis testing. The proposal part is there to recommend proposals for improving the current motivational systom of the company. At the same time, these proposals should help to increase employee motivation, satisfaction and loyalty.

Ethical and Social Audit in RGP Company

Master´s thesis Ethical and Social Audit of company RGP CZ s. r. o. deal about ethic audit in this company. The theoretical part is focused on the elementary prescription of the enterpreneurial ethics, it´s definition, evolution and reasons for ethical behaviour of enterprises. Important aspekt is also measurement of enterpreneurial ethic and consequently the tools of enterpreneurial ethic, which serve the purpose of realisation of ethical programme of the enterprise. The applied, practical part of this dissertation is the ethic audit of company RGP CZ s. r. o. and evaluation of this audit. Results are presented by recommendations for the company, how it shall proceed the improvements of the ethical behaviour of the company.

Theoretical part is concentrate on basic concepts related to business ethics and also to social responsibility of companies. In the empirical part I used questionnaire to determine how examined companies implement this business ethics and in the end of my thesis I suggested recommendation how they could improve it.

Diploma thesis is composed of two parts: theoretical and practical part. First part of thesis is concerned to theoretical solution of problems of business ethics. Second part of thesis is concerned to analysis of the present state of business ethics in company OHL ŽS,a.s. We applied method of question form. We used the results from question form to interpretation and propose steps to reform the present state of business ethics in the concrete company.
