The topic of this thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation of the house for four to six people in a village Nedvězí near the town of Zábřeh. It is a detached house with a ground plan dimensions of 8.95 x 13.35 m a basement and two floors. It is a brick building with gabled roof and collar truss.
The family house in Sobáčov

In my bachelor´s thesis is made a part of the project documentation for building the new family house in Sobáčov. Design is made in accordance with appropriate and currently valid technical standard, regulations and rules. Also are respected all requirements of architectural – urban and layout solution of the building. Components of the project documentation for building are preliminary thermo – technical and acoustic calculations. Separated was made fire safety solution of the building represented by report fire safety. An issue of the ceiling construction was chosen for the subject of the seminar work. The software AutoCAD 2010 from the company Autodesk was used for processing the project documentation.

The main topic of this Bachelor thesis is design of the family house with attached place of business - grower distillery. Building consist of living part with 2 floors (where one is the attic), garage and place of business. Construction is designed for four to five person family. Building site is located in southwestern part of the municipality Ptení, direction to the Holubice village. This part is new development area for family houses. Work consist of the project documentation for construction, the technical report and seminar papers. The topic of the seminar work is flooring – mainly features and requirements of wear layer.
Apartment building Brno-Líšeň

A study of a apartment building in the city of Brno Lisen address new areas for housing, which is located in close proximity to residential buildings, houses and woods. The gently sloping land with a total area of 41,546 m with six residential buildings, which are always two apartment buildings linked by a joint partly recessed garages. The work is addressed only one residential building neighboring building floor plan is identical. The only exception is mirrored staircase and an elevator due to terrain configuration and the very entrance to the building. The building has four floors with a flat roof. A distinctive architectural feature is gradually rebounding south facing terraces oriented in nature. The building provides us with new opportunities and spaces for living. The first above-ground floor there is also space for rent, as well as in other areas for bicycles and strollers. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment building on the south side of the land is a rest area and playground area for pedestrians. Link between the two apartment houses is used as a walkable roof, allowing relaxation. In the northern part of the site is to arrive partially recessed garage and outdoor parking spaces along the tertiary roads
Multi-funkcional building

The bachelor thesis is based on the studio project of residential buildings. The project develops architectural study of multifunctional house on the Milady Horákové street in Brno – Zábrdovice. Projected building site is located between blocks of residential buildings from Art Nouveau. The designed object is connected to the existing neighbouring buildings by means of its height as well with its courtyard greenery. Apartments are oriented to the south – toward the courtyard, therefore very well illuminated, and rather shaded in the noise of intensive street traffic. In underground floor the polyfunctional house is equipped by cafe. Ground floor includes a reception and provides an access to all buildings compartments so as the courtyard, followed by Juran´s hall and IBC centrum. From first to- fourth floor of the northern part there are offices and shops.

The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation of a new build house with regard to the requirements of thermal techniques, fire safety and acoustics. It is a brick, detached family house with a gable roof, which has two floors and is a partial basement. The building is based on foundation strips. The project also includes essay dealing with the thermal insulation of pitched roofs.

This project deals a new building of detached house in Níhov. This work aims to develop design documents for building construction. Detached house is for 4-6 member family for year round occupancy. Regarding the object, there are 2 floors, ground floor and attic. The building is based on brick system Tondach with a gabled roof and wooden roof frame. House is situated on flat terrain.
City apartment house Klíčova

New city apartment house is located in the center of Brno, incorporated into older apartment buildings on the Klíčova street and partly on the Zvěřinova Street, near the Křenová street, Olomoucká street a Tržní street. It is a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton, founded on piles, with five aboveground floors and one underground floor, finished by a flat roof. The house is separated by four entrances to units. Each of these units contains a specific type of flat and house is fully wheelchair accessible. In the house there is a underground parking, service areas and flats. Behind the house there is a recreational area for residents of the house. This house is interesting because of interior design and attractive location, especially thanks to the position in the city center, easy accessibility and pleasant surroundings near the river Svitava and a adjacent alley.
