Subject of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of all existing products for the establishment of electronic commerce. The aim is to advice the best option for the selected products offered by the company with regard to internet marketing and usability. Internet marketing is an important tool in building a successful e-commerce business, so in this study are evaluated all possible solutions for internet marketing with regard to the entire marketing activities of the company. The conclusion of this work assesses the revenue and costs of the proposed solutions.

Design of an E-shop for The Book Store Marcela Kutejova

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of an e-shop for bookstore Marcela Kutejová which will be spreading its field of activity on the internet. The design is solved from two sides of view. These sides are marketing side and functionality side. The marketing side is primarily focused on the propagation and financial part of the project and it is mentioned in the first part of the thesis. The second part of the thesis which is focused on the technical side of an e-shop is mainly about layout, but also about functionality of the most important parts of the shop. The conclusion evaluates the whole project and futures costs of the project.

Model of e-commerce with customer support

The thesis deals with the theme of e-business with customers support. It proposes a philosophy of CRM and with this the associated problem of customers. CRM alias customer relationship management is examined here and with this also CRM systems, which are in most cases, very important for the actual operation of this philosophy. It will also analyze company marketing and make possible suggestions for improvement.
