4 Název práce: Firemní identita a image společnosti L'Oréal. Anotace: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá současnou image společnosti L'Oréal. Cílem je definovat jednotlivé složky firemní identity, které ovlivňují její image a provést výzkum na dané téma. Tento výzkum byl proveden na základě vyplnění dotazníků a doplněn rozhovorem s CRM manažerem značky Biotherm. Výsledky této práce mohou pomoci k pochopení důležitosti identity a image pro obchodní činnost každé firmy. Dobrá image totiž může významně ovlivňovat spotřebitelské chování zákazníků. Společnost L'Oréal je v mé práci prezentována jako příklad úspěšné společnosti, která svůj úspěch postavila nejen na inovacích, vědě a neustálém výzkumu, ale také na vstřícném přístupu ke studentům a absolventům, který je v českém prostředí často opomíjen. The aim of this study was to define particular components of the company's corporate identity, which influence its image.
