Hydraulic linear drive for paralell kinematics structures of robots
Hrbáček, Jakub ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the design of hydraulic linear drive for parallel kinematics structures of robots, which is not standardly used for these kind of robots. In the part of background research it deals with modern applications of these robots in profession and possible construction components, conventional or nonconventional ones. The master’s thesis further describes the procedure of construction the hydraulic drive. At first the linear hydromotor is designed and further the whole hydraulic circuit. The whole drive is processed in appropriate software program as a 3D model, from witch the assembly drawings is worked out.
Desing of PKS type TRIPOD
Coufal, Jiří ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
The thesis acquaints the reader with issues of manipulators based on parallel kinematic structures. It includes also the description of the construction procedure of chosen mechanism. Introductory search part specifies selected terms relating to building elements and describes their requirements. Alternatives of construction and used types of manipulators are shown in the illustrative images with labels. Next chapters deal with projects of selected parallel mechanism and methodologies of constructions. These chapters describe the design of all devised construction nodes. The construction and testing of the produced prototype is properly documented, indicating the resulting knowledge.
Experimental robotized workplace with delta-robot
Kozubík, Jiří ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis was written within Czech-German study programme Production systems (VUT v Brně & TU Chemnitz). This thesis is divided into four main parts. In the first part is brought out the introduction to design of robotic cells. Following part is concentrated on analysis of present state in area of machines with parallel kinematics. The penultimate part, on which is focused the main attention, is dedicated to kinematic analysis of delta-robot. Closing part of this Thesis presents the study of experimental robotized workplace with integrated delta-robot.
Robotized workplace for treatment of thermoplastic parts
Sedláček, Tomáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The goal of this diploma thesis is to design a robotized workplace for treatment of thermoplastic products based on documentation from a real project announced by Form s. r. o. In order to understand a problematic of robots and robotized workplaces, the theoretic introduction in the beginning of work is reserved for. Besides a brief summary of robot history the introduction brings also some overview on present robot applications and it tries to classify robots into various groups according different standpoints. The main part of the theory however deals with optimized design of robotized workplaces by using a systematic approach. The topic covers also a robot safety. There are mentioned sources of safety risks and ways how to avoid them. The presented theory is at last used in the following, most crucial, part of the thesis – the final design itself. An attention is focused mainly to a design of a revolving positioner, which becomes a key element of whole workplace. Different design variants of inner most significant mechanisms are presented and by using sophisticated methods, the best solutions are chosen. Finally a simulation of whole robotized workplace is made and conclusions based on real implementation are summarized.
Design of mobile horizontal wood-splitting machine
Dressler, Jan ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This thesis shows making of documentation for production powerfull wood-splitting machine for hardest forestal work. There are researched and soluted all phases of pre-production machine's lifecycle, also means analysis of conception, potentional risks and failures analysis and also definition of required properties. Based on those properties and results of analyses is possible to setting up condition which should be satisfied. At following part are descripted and shown features of machine-design . Main feature (component) of machine is its frame, also there are strenght analysis of frame. Machine movement features are mainly hydraulics pistons which are powered by asynchronous engine, whith alternative possibility movement by wheel tractor power-take off shaft or hydraulics output. There are performed all important properties. Working safety questions and high endurability of machine shold be also performed. At the end of work is realised conception and design study of forestal production system for wood processing with one universal source of energy – wheeled tractor.

Industrial robots with paralell kinematics structures
Šabart, Adam ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The Bachelor’s thesis is focusing on the problems and the state of the current knowledge in robots having parallel kinematic structure. For better understanding, first of all, the words used are defined, and this definition is followed by the description of the historical developments of parallel kinematics. The subsequent chapter comprises the analysis of structures and the division of parallel mechanisms. This is followed by the basic division of kinematic structures of robots and their comparison. In conclusion attention is paid to the parallel robots utilized in practice and their expected development.
Robotized workplace for parts manipulation
Stief, Tomáš ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The theoretic part of barchelor works solves the lay-out of the automatic robotized workplace for the handling the housings of the high-pressure pumps. The works includes both the calculation of the power consumption of the robotized workplace and the calculation of the realization costs and consequently the economic return. There is mentioned both the principle of the Common - Rail fuel injection system and its using in the recent Diesel engines. There is discussed both the mechanical stopper of the palette with the inclusion of the housings of the pumps and the automatic reloader of the blisters in the practical part of the barchelor works.
Analysis and optimization of the production system using computer simulation
Vaďura, Pavel ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Simeonovová, Ivana (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the process of the creation of a simulation model followed by dissimulation of this model, and finally optimalization of the system using the results of the simulation. The aim is to clarify basic terms about production with consequential usage of simulation models and their application in the production proces. Next, the creation of the simulation model in the simulation software Factor/AIM is explained and illustratively demonstrated. The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with theoretical information about the production proces, division and creation of the simulation model and it analysis this model with the purpose of finding narrow places and suggesting its optimalization. This simulation proces is simplified version of the manufacture of seamless pipes.
