NEW APPROCHES FOR SECURING SAFE WORKING METHODS ON CONSTRUCTION SITES AND PROTECTION OF THIRD PARTIES DURING CONSTRUCTION

Safety and protection of health on construction sites and protection of third parties during construction is a complex problem. It is affected by contractor’s policy on ensuring thorough abidance to security requirements but, in the first place it is affected by submitters and their irresponsible appreach to protection of life and health of the construction workers. They believe that ensuring safe work enviroment would reset in increased cosi of the construction. This doctoral thesis answers the question how to guarantee safety on construction sites. The main purpose is to show that early detection of risks does not increase the construction costs but ensures safety of workers protection of third parties. Finally, the doctoral thesis provils methodology, which guides the contractor in how to proceed in order to meet the budget, schedule and safety requirements. In regard of the variety of different construction sites and works this docáral thesis focuses explicitly on line constructions.

This thesis deals construction technology project of laboratory administration building at the University Hospital Ostrava. Attention will be focused on the construction of the main building. The author focusses on the main technological stages of construction, time and financial planning. Installation of reinforced concrete skeleton of hockey hall

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the solution of implementation of the assembly stage of the reinforced concrete skeleton of the hockey hall in Kuřim. This thesis contains a technical report focusing on the skeleton assembly, the situation of the construction with broader transport relations, bill of quantities, technological regulation for skeleton assembly, construction organization solution, time schedule, machine assembly design, control and test plan, safety and health protection on construction site plan and transport of excessive and oversized loads solution. The annexes contain drawings of the passages through critical points on the route, a drawing of the construction site facilities, item budget, prefabricated supply scheme, drawings of component assembly diagrams and a graph of workers needs.

Construction-technological project of Integrated Rescue System Station

The subject of this diploma thesis is construction-technological project of the integrated rescue system station. The building is situated in the village of Týn nad Vltavou and will be used to perform the service of fire protection of the population. The thesis is focused on the design of the construction site equipment, the time and financial plan, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, the technological specification, the control and test plan, and also the occupational safety and health protection.

Construction technological project of sports hall construction

The thesis deals with Komenského Street sports hall construction in Lysá nad Labem. Although partially dealing with construction of all parts, in detail it studies gym construction, focusing on time management, technology and resources of implementation. The thesis is divided into the drawing and text parts. The former includes site facilities design and building situation. The latter consists of the main part construction project implementation study, itemized budget, time schedule, technological regulations, inspection and testing plan for the implementation of the main construction part 1st floor reinforced concrete columns and walls, construction machines and mechanisms design as well as time and financial schedule.

Manufacturing facility in Písek u Jablunkova - realization of rough top structure

The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the rough top structure of the manufacturing facility for the company Olzanka s.r.o. This work deals with the walling of the building, realization of the semi-mounted ceiling structure and roof truss with tin roofing. For these processes, technological regulations were drafted, machine assemblies were designed, an item budget was drawn up together with a bill of quantities. In addition, an OHS regulation, a control and test plan for the walling process, a time schedule, traffic relations and site equipment drawings were developed.

The subject of my bachelor’s thesis is the technological construction solution of the rough upper construction of the residential building in Brno at Družstevní street. The bachelor’s thesis consists of a different technological solutions and principles. Further contains basic characteristics, calculations and schematics needed for coordination, mechanization and necessary equipment of construction zone. To secure necessary amount of time and financial sources, theres detailed item costing and suitable time planning. Due to high need of quality there is also chapters dedicated to this topic.
