This diploma thesis is dealing with integration of employees in multicultural environment. It defines terms related to the subject: culture, company culture, working group, intercultural communication and intercultural integration. It contains analysis of real multicultural environment, represented by one team of IBM office in Brno. In the end, this thesis offers some improvements for better efficiency of intercultural integration in this team.

This diploma thesis is focused on the application of gender management in Bosch Diesel company, situated in Jihlava. In the theoretical part the essential terms and general findings about gender management and work-life balance are explained. The practical part of the thesis deals with the chosen company, analysis of its internal environment and incentives to integrate gender management and deal with the work-life balance. Alongside with the survey in Bosch Diesel, questionnaire research in Honeywell (Brno) was accomplished, which provided an interesting comparison with the questionnaire investigation carried out in Bosch Diesel. The aim of the thesis is to prepare suitable suggestions based on the previous analysis. These suggestions are of informational character and then they could bring positive changes in some companies (and the whole society as well).

It is focused on the situation of women in the company and the influence of parenthood on career. Through the use of selected methods the attitudes of employees to managers with children and approaches of managers and manageresses to the issue of harmonization of work and family are analyzed.

This master thesis focuses on the problem of motivation, stimulation and stabilization of the key employees in the company Česká zbrojovka a.s. The main aim of this thesis is to identify insufficiencies in the current system of employee motivation and to suggest potential changes leading to its improvement and assessment from the economic impact of the proposed improvements to the company. The theoretical part of the thesis contains the fundamental knowledge and base of the human resources management and also discusses various theories of work motivation. Reviewed problems of demotivation and unwanted employee turnover follow. The practical part of the thesis shows a qualitative analysis of the current system of the staff motivation in Česká zbrojovka a.s. There is also linked and combined theoretical knowledge with the corporate practice. The final part of the thesis is based on facts found from the survey which identifies imperfections in the existing system and formulates potential recommendations for improving employee motivation and stabilization in the analysed company in order to improve work performance, enhance job satisfaction and loyalty of employees to Česká zbrojovka a.s.

In the practical part, there is an analysis of a present situation in a company. On the basis of theoretical findings, analysis of company’s documents, a questionnaire and interviews with chosen employees, there will be made some suggestions for improving a present situation in a company. The thesis identifies possibilities and barriers to work-life balance of employees of the observed company. On the basis of semistructured interview and questionnaire survey, measures for optimal work life balance are suggested.
The Proposal of Educational System of Employees in Organisation.

The thesis deals with the education of employees and analyses current educational system in the specific company. In the first part of the thesis we define basic notions and terms we will use in the analysis. In the second part we describe the educational policy and processes applied by the company which are subsequently analyzed in the third part. Outcomes of the analysis serve as the basis for recommendations to improve the educational strategies and policies of the company.
