The development of rail transport and its infrastructure

Investment projects of companies can be assessed by various methods. There are methods non-profit character, as well as static methods, dynamic methods and real option methods. The basic requirement for the method should include liquidity factor, time factor and the risk factor in the evaluation. Methods that do not respect these demands, we can consider the approximate methods. However, there are areas where these methods can not be simply used. The main objectives of this thesis are the specifications of the problems of development of transport, especially railway transport in the Czech Republic and its comparison with neighboring countries and the characteristics and assessment methods to evaluate investments in transport, which are used for the assessment of transport projects in the Czech Republic.

Odysseus

The aim of the study is to outline the process of directing Odysseus from inspiration to presentation in front of live audience. In it I outline the development of the concept along with describing in detail my dramaturgical and directorial process, including: text work, research, work with actors, rehearsal preparation, work with scenography, work with space, sound and light etc.
In conclusion I aim to evaluate the successes of the overall process in relation to final product.

Role of Director in the Author's Theatre - Psychological Aspects in the Creation of Creative Production

In my work I deal with mainly by the author's work, if it is possible put together individual freedom, we start from the later productions in the creation, with maintaining a hierarchy in the team, which is paradoxical for the free work essential.
Given the kind of theater that puts emphasis on the actor as a person, in my work I not trying to describe a uniquely efficient method, rather try on the basis of individual experience regarding the specific details of, which, although they do not lead to any generally applicable rules, but their sum can provide a supply of information, which in practice can inspire others
In this work I tried to capture the role of theater director in the author as an example of my productions, with regard to the uneven team in creating each individual productions.
In the present undergraduate work, I tried to capture process, I've used in my creative work on these productions, which were created unequal conditions. Whether it was the material conditions and human. I was wondering what are the procedures or not beneficial for the team for me. During the three years since I have been a theater director I have come to a kind of synthesis directed by "dictator" and director "mother"and trying to balance both worlds, because I am aware, that give greater emphasis to one side or the other detrimental to both production but also the people who participate in it.

Aging population in the Czech republic, a good opportunity?

The question of how to increase the involvement of elderly people in the labour force is a highly debated issue nowadays in the Czech Republic. Due to more frequent health restrictions, lower qualification and lower labour productivity older people belong into a risk group for which it is increasingly difficult to obtain employment. This problem may, moreover, continue to grow in the future and thus its significance can reach grandiose proportions. Due to current demographic trends as well as gradual extension of the age limit for retirement, it is safe to say that in a few years there will be a huge group of older people in pre-retirement age on the labour market. To define a group of older workers more accurately I will focus on basic demographic indicators such as fertility, mortality, or age pyramid of population (i.e. tree of life) at the beginning of this thesis. In the next step I will characterize this group by using the forward projection. However, one should ask herself or himself a question whether this situation represents only a threat or whether it can be used as an opportunity as well. The main objective of my work is to analyze possibilities of the economic policy of the Czech Republic and the European Union support programs in their effort to give incentives to employers and stimulate work activities of older people.

A ratio analysis and its application in system of allocation of overhead costs at job-order Manufacture Company

Principal and leading topics of this paper are overhead expenses in the process of their allocation and their assignment to the bearer of cost. In the theoretical part, the essential data for the practical part are summarized, definitely, these are the definition and basic classification of costs and expenses, then the characteristics and methods of the conventional costing process, considering methods of overhead expenses allocation. And further, in addition to the method TC (Total Cost), there is also the method ABC (Activity Based Costing) mentioned as a new and advanced view of the given problems. The aim of the practical part is to carry out an analysis of the state of overhead expenses control and administering in an allocation process, as well as assignment of overhead expenses to the Company "SIGMA GROUP a.s.". With the view to analyzed relations, namely pointing out to the assortment structure influence, a more detailed specification of the costs control should be realized aimed at solution of some problematic spheres within overhead distribution. Further to results of enquiry and examination there are some findings and recommendations specified.

Mikroekonomická politika státu (eliminace tržních selhání) v oblasti daňové

Práce je zaměřena na tržní selhání a teoretické možnosti, jak je stát může svou činností eliminovat. V praktické části je pak pozornost věnována jednomu z těchto nástrojů - daňové politice, a to konkrétně formou analýzy daňové soustavy Slovenska ve světle nedávno proběhlé daňové reformy, kdy byla na Slovensku zavedena rovná daň. Závěrem jsou shrnuty přínosy a nedostatky reformy a zejména zhodnocen její vliv na příjmy a výdaje dotčených subjektů.
