1. Nastínění problému. V mé práci se zabývám především tím, zda, a hlavně jakým způsobem, jde při autorské práci skloubit svobodu jedince a jeho individualitu, z které později i vycházíme při tvorbě inscenace, s udržením nějaké hierarchie v týmu, která je paradoxně pro svobodnou práci podstatná. 2. Metody. Vzhledem k druhu divadla, který klade důraz na herce jako osobnost, se v mé práci nesnažím o popis nějaké jednoznačně fungující metody, spíše se snažím na základě jednotlivých konkrétních zkušeností pozorovat jednotlivosti, které sice nevedou k nějakým obecně platným pravidlům, avšak jejich souhrn může poskytnout určitou zásobu informací, kterou se v další praxi můžu inspirovat. 3. Výsledek. V předkládané práci jsem se snažila postihnout roli režiséra v autorském divadle na příkladu mých inscenací, s ohledem na nestejný kolektiv při tvorbě každé jednotlivých inscenací. 4. Závěr. V předkládané bakalářské práci jsem se snažila postihnout postup (či postupy), které jsem používala v mé autorské práci na uvedených inscenacích, které byly vytvořeny za nestejných podmínek. Ať už se jednalo o podmínky materiální či lidské. Zajímalo mě, zda, a v čem, jsou uvedené postupy přínosné či nikoliv pro kolektiv i pro mě. Během tří let, kdy se věnuji divadelní režii jsem dospěla k jakési syntéze režiséra ?diktátora? a režiséra ?matky? a snažím se o vyváženost obou možností, neboť jsem si vědoma, že přikloněním se k jedné či druhé variantě škodím nejen inscenaci, ale i lidem, kteří na ni participují In my work I deal with mainly by the author's work, if it is possible put together individual freedom, we start from the later productions in the creation, with maintaining a hierarchy in the team, which is paradoxical for the free work essential. In the present undergraduate work, I tried to capture process, I've used in my creative work on these productions, which were created unequal conditions. Whether it was the material conditions and human. I was wondering what are the procedures or not beneficial for the team for me. During the three years since I have been a theater director I have come to a kind of synthesis directed by "dictator" and director "mother"and trying to balance both worlds, because I am aware, that give greater emphasis to one side or the other detrimental to both production but also the people who participate in it.
