Effect of sport on selected functional parameters in individuals with bronchial asthma

This The Bachelor's Thesis deals with the impact of asthma on selected functional parameters among/in patients suffering from this disease. The theoretical part contains the description and classification of asthma, environmental influences, physical activity and medicaments of athletes suffering from this disease. It focuses on those suffering from asthma and the impact of asthma on physical activity. It conveys also basic information about asthma and its symptoms, the influence of the environment on asthma, the impact of physical activity and the appropriateness (suitability) or inappropriateness (unsuitability) of certain sports for asthmatic people. The practical part focuses on asthma symptoms during or immediately after physical load. This work detects whether all asthmatics suffer from after stress loading bronchospasm. It also shows if asthma is associated with any type of allergy and it observes the regularity of the usage of antiasmathic drugs and the practice of sport and it is affects on their health. This Bachelor's Thesis analyzes the impact of physical load on the respiratory system of people suffering from asthma and it tries to prove asthma after physical load in people suffering from this disease.
Corporate Identity for family business

The aim of this Master´s Thesis is to describe importance and implementation of corporate identity for family business. The theoretical part describes specifics of family business and analyze the components of CI, namely : product, corporate design, culture and communication. Methodological part focuses on market research. In the practical part of this thesis, the process of CI implementation as well as formulation of company´s basic values, needed for its long term functioning, are proposed. Also the new slogan, corporate culture and corporate communication are proposed. Afterwards design manual is executed. This design manual covers following areas : company logo, corporate colors, corporate font, business card template, heading paper template, advertisement materials design. Besides that, the new company webpage is was created. This website will involve the visual of the company as well as will help to improve user interface for customers. In the summary, the steps leading to successful implementation are suggested to the management.

The theoretical part describes the specifics of running a business in Denmark, the motivation for starting a business, the specifics of an e-shop and the overall structure of the business plan. The practical part deals with a business plan for a particular e-shop. This business plan can serve as an inspiration for other entrepreneurs who try to fill in a gap in the market and create an e-shop. The important phenomenons connected to e-commerce such as internet marketing and legislation are taken in consideration.

The aim of this master's thesis is to created a business plan for a new project in area of retro furnishings. The thesis consists of two sections. The first being a theoretical part contains general principles and recommendations for compiling a business plan, deals with its structure and analyzes the individual points.In the practical part is created a business plan for the project. The structure and concent is based on the theoretical part. Among other things, the plan is focused mainly on the target market, marketing stratégy and financial plan. Main user of the business plan is the author of the thesis, which it will use for the project.

The aim of my Bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for the new founded company Gefestus Ltd., which will operate the bar with a unique system of loyalty and gamification. Before the actual business plan goes a theoretical part, which defines the basic concepts and basis for preparation of a business plan. The plan itself is designed for business owners as informational background with an emphasis on marketing and description of the USP. On the base of analyzes will be also made an evaluation of the viability of the project, set conditions for successful realization of the project, also will be analyzed and composed predictions of financial results for the first year of business in pessimistic, realistic and optimistic way.

Theoretical part describes small businesses and its impact on regional development, business in Šumperk area, processing of Lean Canvas and theoretical draft of business plan. Practical part includes actual business plan of real pastry-shop which has a big impact on cultural and communal life it the town. This thesis will provide information, suggestions and recommendations for new business owners in small towns in the Czech Republic who will want to profile their businesses in similar way and also for city council.

The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is creating a business plan for a company called Souvenir Suvenýr with a viability analysis and an evaluation of practicability of the project. The business plan covers producing five types of souvenirs designed in a contemporary design and made by local producers and suppliers. The specific thing about these souvenirs is that they are suitable either for tourists and local people. The theoretical part of the work describes the purpose, possible options and a structure of the business plan. The practical part introduces the business plan itself and focuses on market definition, marketing mix, financial analysis and other important factors influencing the viability of the company Souvenir Suvenýr. The conclusion evaluates the meaningfulness of the work done and fulfillment of the business plan.

Furthermore, a structure of a business plan that is appropriate for the specific purpose of founding a travel agency is designed. The practical part deals with the specific business idea. Firstly, a tool "lean canvas" is used for its formulation. Next, the actual business plan is drafted in detail. As the outcome this business plan can serve as an inspiration for other entrepreneurship in the tourism sector in Prague, focusing on guided tours.
