The enclose muscles and their relation with the outer forces from biomechanical view. In addition, I cite the development of Arthroscopy on Shoulder joint and the differentiation with Arthroplasty in our days. In the second part I review and record all the documents from the past and present state of the patient. I continue with detailed examination taking in mind all the related factors that can be possibly affected after the surgery. Functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system on individuals after kindey transplantation
Školová, Lucie ; Mahrová, Andrea (advisor) ; El Ali, Zaher (referee)
Title: Functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system on individuals after kindey transplantation Defining of the problem: Renal transplantation is a method to treat patients with renal failure, which is associated to a prolonged survival of patients compared to a dialysis method (Viklický et al., 2008). After a successful renal transplantation the renal function is restored and complications caused by dialysis treatment disappear . However, complications due to the transplant, not only in terms of surgical intervention, but also from the point of a lifelong immunosuppressive therapy remain at risk. Functional changes on the locomotor system can occur as a concequence of a long-term renal disease or kidney transplant. This could further reduce the quality of life on patients due to self-sufficiency, being the main role of the locomotor system. Objectives: The aim of this study is to valuate functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system on individuals after kindey transplantation up to one year after a transplant. Methods: This thesis is elaborated in the form of an analytical - experimental study in which 2 groups of selected individuals were tested. Testing was conducted by using suitable tests focused on functional disorders of the locomotor system and parameters in each group and time...

Adhesive inflammation of capsule of right shoulder joint
Stevning, Andreas ; Satrapová, Lenka (advisor) ; El Ali, Zaher (referee)
Title: Adhesive inflammation of capsule of right shoulder joint. Aim of thesis: In this case study of a patient with adhesive inflammation of capsule of right shoulder joint I will discuss the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the shoulder complex. I will discuss both the clinical picture of adhesive capsulitis and impingement syndrome. Then I will discuss the types of rehabilitation that will be beneficial for the patient, as well as the epidemiology and etiology of shoulder pain. In the second part of the thesis I will discuss the examinations, rehabilitation plans and therapy progress of the patient. Conclusion and evaluation of the therapy will be included to give a picture of the success of the therapy. Clinical findings: Important findings in the initial kinesiologic examination were pain in resistance against internal rotation and against flexion of semiflexed elbow. I also found pain in the Apprehension test, Hawkins test and during Neers impingement test. Other findings were weakness and shortness of essential muscles. After obtaining the anamnesis and the full initial kinesiologic examination I concluded that the patient had a multidirectional instability of his right shoulder joint, leading to an internal glenoid impingement syndrome. Methods: In the therapy sessions with the...

In the practical part I analyse every procedure we have done with my patient, all the tests, examinations, conclusions, therapies and results. Summary Patient came to Physiotherapy Centre and started therapies on Tuesday 10th of January 2012. Doctor recommended the patient should have 6 sessions. Goal of the therapy was to decrease the pain that he sustains on the left ankle area in a scale from 1(min) to 10 (max) that was 4/10, decrease swelling, increase ROM that was decreased, increase mobility and elasticity of skin and also improve strength and length of the injured left ankle joint according the examinations that I provide to the practical part. Finally in the last session of my patient, if we compare it with the first one it was obvious that L.M. made a big and very important improvement. Pain was decreased...
