Attacks based on side channels
Hlaváč, Martin ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Rosa, Tomáš (advisor)
The work extends the Hidden Number Problem (HNP) introduced by Boneh and Venkatesan in 1996. HNP is to find an unknown integer if several approximations of its multiples modulo N are known. New method for solving an extension of HNP (EHNP) is elaborated, taking into account the ragmentation of the information on the multiples and on the hidden number itself, as well. A real scenario application of the approach is presented - the private DSA key is extracted with the knowledge of side information on 5 signing operations. Such an information can be obtained if the signatures are generated in the unsecured environment of a Pentium 4 processor with Hyper-Threading technology.
Design and implementation of a book registry system
Hlaváč, Martin ; Brožek, Jiří (advisor) ; Ladislav, Ladislav (referee)
The theoretical part presents the technology and tools that can be used to develop applications for the Windows operating system. It focuses on the .NET Framework and Windows Forms technology. Describes selected third party components, programming techniques object-relational mapping, development environment, Web services and application deployment options. The practical part analyzes the newly established requirements for application for registration books at the Department of Information Engineering at the Faculty of Economics and Management and decide on further action. It also describes how to implement these requirements in current applications. Describes all stages of development, such as analysis and application design, implementation, testing and deployment.
Intention of implementation a new cooling technology
Hlaváč, Martin ; Pexídr, Bohumil (referee) ; Heralecký, Tomáš (advisor)
This work is deal with elaboration of business plan for the intention of choice the optimal area for implementation a new technology in the market. That is an Australian market. This work is containing the theory and the practical too. There is descript of the business subject, analyse of the present stage, choice, rationale and the proposal resolution.
Race Car Steering Design
Hlaváč, Martin ; Porteš, Petr (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of single-seated Formula Student vehicle steering system. Besides the design of steering system, the right position of steering wheel was choosen, regarding to ideal ergonomy conditions. New components like steering rack and steering wheel quickrelease was integrated to the steering assembly. For design of components, simulation with finite elements method was used.
User Interface for Web-Based Games
Hlaváč, Martin ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Hradiš, Michal (advisor)
This thesis describes challenges in designing, developing and testing web user interfaces. It discusses human-computer interaction, communication channels and user interface analogy to the real world. User interfaces can be designed     to be optimal for a specific action or to suite the user. A design of interfaces focused on users utilize methods, such as gamification and improving user experience, which can improve interface usability. User interface development is demonstrated on     web page development. Further, the thesis describes 3 web user interface testing methods. The methods are demonstrated by designing, developing, and testing user interface of a web strategy game.
Analysis of long-term electrocardiograms
Bazovský, Richard ; Hlaváč, Martin (referee) ; Kolářová, Jana (advisor)
This work is devoted to methodology of long-term treatment (24 hour) ECG signal using Holter’s monitoring with regard to heart rate variability (HRV). Where HRV is observed distances between heart systole (R-Rwaves) following behind or addiction immediate heart rate. Consequently, these processes can be handled in two ways, either by analyzing the time or frequency domain (spectral range). Through evaluation of these waveforms will be possible to determine the condition status of the heart or type of heart failure. In the programming environment Matlab algorithm was developed for the processing of signals at the output which gives the needed results in the form of graphs (HRV) or the values of important parameters. The functionality of the program was tested on several signals and the obtained values were close to the standard.
Comparision of FEM models of joints
Hlaváč, Martin ; Hrůza, Václav (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This thesis deals with the comparison of alternative models of the simplified joints used in the FEM models of complex models with detailed joint details. This is essentially a screw connection with dowel bolt and standard bolt, weld connection "T" and overlap weld connection. Individual connections are compared in the simulation results of matching models.
Simulation of dose distribution irradiation
Večeřa, Petr ; Hlaváč, Martin (referee) ; Kolářová, Jana (advisor)
This project deals with the issue of simulation of dose irradiation. This principle is used in a radiotherapeutic device known as a Leksell Gamma Knife for the treatment of intracranial tumours. With regard to the theoretical observations obtained by studying this device, the project suggests the use of analytical geometry for the creation of a mathematical model for calculation of the intensity in the rayed area. A demonstration program Leksell_xvecer08 has been created for this model in a MatLab software background, which enables the user to change various input arguments and simulate a picture of the dosage spread in the target scanned areas.
Block and Tackle
Hlaváč, Martin ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor work concerned with solving and calculating lifting mechanism of special mobile crane (travel lift). It‘ s make construction analysis. Work has functional and partial solidity calculation. Work includes complete 3D model of block and trackle and design documentation.
Model of content management system in ASP. NET technology
HLAVÁČ, Martin
The goal of this thesis is to design and create a universal model of a web content management system (CMS), which is based on the ASP.NET technology. The system should be fully modular and should reflect the current technological and marketing trends. A Part of this thesis is sample application of the CMS, according to the proposed model.
