Assessment of the Impact of Internal Construction Changes in Appartments on the Market Value

The thesis analyses the impact of building renovation on the market price of a property. The analysis uses a particular type of property - a flat in a prefabricated house. A database of offered market prices before and after the building renovation was created. The price of the building renovation was made by an itemized budget. The data, which were obtain in this way, were then submitted to s detail analysis and statistical testing. The result of the analysis was to determine whether the cost of the building renovation impacted the market value of the property and whether it was evaluated

Analysis of the Development of the Valuation Method for Holiday Houses near Buchlovice

The work deals with the valuation of a holiday cottage according to the previous valuation regulations and subsequently according to the present valuation regulation. In the chapters deal with individual valuation periods, description of a specific holiday cottage, valuation of the land, description of the locality. Easements are also part of the work. Valuation of a holiday cottage is done through practice expert’s reports drawn up for the second, third and present valuation periods. In the annex are available documents related to legal and construction developments of holiday cottage.

Assessment of the Impact of Construction Work and Different Layout in Appartments on the Market Value

The aim of this dissertation is to find out the effect of alterations on market value of he property, specifically apartments in concrete-block buildings. Evaluation is made chiefly on factors influencing layout. First of all brief information about the subject is given. Secondly market influences are determined for the purpose of eliminating them by differential index and unifying input data. Afterwards, market values of apartments with alternations are compared with ones without alternations from database. At the end of the thesis alternations are calculated and recovery of the costs are detected.

This diploma thesis deals with a development project in Prague the name Residential Complex of the Green Town and development market analysis in Prague. The diploma thesis describes individual phases of the development project, summary SWOT analysis for construction, method of project financing and risk management plan. The analysis of development projects is focused on the development of supply, demand, the development of new flats depending on the financial availability and location, where the prices of flats are compared with my resolved apartment building.

This thesis focuses explores the laws for drone use in the real estate practice. In each chapter, the legislation for the commercial use of drones is described for the following states - the Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, Belgium, the Great Britain and the United States of America. In the final chapter there is a comparison of different law aspects from all studied countries.

Development of cadastre of real estates of Slovak Republic after the break up of CSFR

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the development of the cadastre in the Slovak Republic after the separation of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic. It deals with the organizational structure of the cadastre, ownerships and other rights in rem. It addresses issues of digitization of cadastral maps, the level of availability to end-users in electronic form. It points out the differences between the Czech and Slovak cadastre and suggests the possibility of optimizing the Czech system based on the facts found.
