Artwork and storytelling in art therapy: emerging narrative identity

Art therapy approach, in which visual and narrative imagination are, used to expression of important life themes, is presented. The authors suppose that imaginative creation in both modalities facilitates understanding of trouble experience and also narrative identity emerging, which the individual has not reflected till now. Therapeutic change is connected with this complex process. The case study illustrates the shift in form of pictures and narratives inspired by them during art therapy. Change of artistic style and storytelling genre indicates identity emerging. Re-configuration of painting style and story genres can refer also to identity re-configuration.

Economic analysis of the break up of ČSFR

The paper focus on economic aspects related with the break-up the Czech and Slovak Federative Republick. In the first part are analysed macroeconomic indexes (GDP, inflation, unemployment) PF Czech and Slovak republic within the frame of the federation before the break-up. In the second part is described process of dividing the republic from the economic view, especially property dividing, currency separation and differencies in privatization process. In the third part are analysed macroeconomic indexes (GDP, inflation, unemployment) in both new states for a few years after the dividing. In the conclusion are summarized findings and the evaluation of break-up ČSFR is made. The main target of this paper is the comapring of economic differentions of republic and if the possible differencies caused the break-up of the federation. Particular target is analysed selected macroeconomic indexes Czech and Slovak republic in the federation and after dividind.
Legal aspects of installation and persuit of solar energy

This Bachelor Thesis deals with the legal issues concerning the instalation and operation of solar energy sources. It is a quite complex domain of legislations, ordinances and regulations. The objective is to analyze this topic from legal point of view as well as from the practical application of this matter. This Bachelor Thesis describes premises of photovoltaics, government institutions and monopolistic distribution companies. A logical follow-up is the interpretation of applicable laws and ordinances, its practical excercise and the following legal procedure while constructing solar collectors. There has been major legal development concerning this issue during the year 2010 and therefore the Bachelor Thesis summarizes current situation and changes that have been made this year.
The Business Register in the Czech Republic

The thesis is focused on a contemporary legal regulation of the Business Register in the Czech Republic. I deal with priciples of his administration, registered facts and subjects of law and effects of these registrations. Futhermore there is described a course of the judicial process in the first instance. At last there is briefly described the involvement of the Business Register of the Czech Republic into the European Business Register. The law regulations of the Business Register are complicated, but their improving still continue.
Current changes in legislation of public procurement

Public investment is an area, which is getting greater and greater economic and political importance, this statement does not rule only in Czech Republic, but also in European Union countries. This thesis is focused on regulatory developments of public procurement of Czech Republic. The practical part of this work identifies general tendencies in the development of public procurement law, beside to prepared amendments of this field, this thesis deals with issues in public procurement.
Comparison of the political and economic indicators of selected Balkan countries in context of efforts to join EU

The aim of the work is to comparate readiness of selected Balkan states for membership in European Union. I will target the former Republic of Macedonia, which has already been granted candidate status in 2005 and the Serbia and the Montenegro, which have the status of potentional candidates. The first section will focus on historical context, which effect the current political and economic situation. In the second part, I will make comparison of selected Balkan states in implementation of economic kriteria (particuraly the GDP, GDP growth rate, GDP per capita, unemployment, functioning market economy) and political criteria (human rights, democratic government, rule of law), which are part Copenhagen criteria for EU accession. Finally, I appraise the results of the comparison of the indicators listed above and recommend the time when these countries could be accepted.
