The practical part introduces the aim of the investor. The questionnaire survey revealed requirements of potential customers. The data from questionnaire survey were the basis for the preparation offer. In this thesis are external and internal analyses. On this analyses based SWOT analysis.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to process a business plan for establishing a company Health Life Inc., which be engaged in salt cave. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is focused on a theoretical interpretation of basic terms, which related to busi-ness, and structure of business concept. The second part is practical; it deals with pro-cessing the whole necessary information is needed for establishing a specific company. An output of these parts is a created business plan, which helps to find out whether the project for establishing Health Life Inc. is feasible.

In theoretical part there are some definitions about entrepreneurship, business plan and some strategic analyses tools. In addition, it includes the history of entrepre-neurship in Kazakhstan. The main objective of this paper is to formulate a business plan for an e-shop with a women's clothing, and an assessment of its profitability. The theoretical part defines basic terms and lists all the essential terms which should be included in the business plan. It is followed by a practical part in which I deal with a specific business plan, thus establishing e-shop The Butik. In addition to the formal requirements of the business plan is also part of the analysis of competition, marketing strategy, detailed analysis of the potential market and analyses of the critical factors of the project. The appendix then includes detailed data of the analysis. The aim is to determine the competitiveness and viability of the business plan.

The second part is a practical one, which has its own elaborated business plan, which is able to produce a real foundation joinery. Finished business plan will serve both for himself a businessman, but also as a calling card for investors in obtaining necessary foreign capital eg. in the bank.

This thesis is focused on creating a business plan for the new company whose business is providing services of video production. The theoretical part is conceived as an exploration of literary sources for the definition of the basic concepts of business. The practical part proceeds to analyze the environment in which the company should exist. Based on this analysis there are identified opportunities and threats from the environment of the company and its strengths and weaknesses. In addition, this section includes company's marketing mix and financial plan. The final part contains an overall assessment of the feasibility of this business plan.
