The bachelor’s thesis deals with financial statement analysis of the energy producing and distributing company E.ON, s.r.o. in the time period from 2008 till 2011. The thesis is divided into two parts. The methods and tools for the financial analysis are introduced in the theoretical part. The second part of the thesis focuses on the company itself in details as well as it contains the elaboration of the company financial analysis. As a conclusion to this study the company financial assessment is carried out. Based on the assessment results the proposals for innovations are suggested.

The theoretical part defines the key aspects of business that are necessary to know for creating the plan. The analytical part analyzes the current market situation, analyzes the competition, and the strengths, weaknesses, possible opportunities, and threats of the business. The work also presents its own proposed solutions, including a financial plan and marketing strategy.

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on creating a business expansion plan for the joint stock company. The subject matter is to buy a milling machine for production of milled plates including attachments and necessary building modifications. My thesis consists of three parts. The first part describes a theoretical knowledge, the second part is dedicated to an analysis of the current state. The third part is focused on making suggestion. The investment is planned, evaluated and compared with the state when the plates are bought already milled. In addition the thesis includes some accounting and taxation aspects connected with purchaising and financing of fixed asset.

The bachelor thesis deals with the financing of fixed assets of the manufacturing company Sonnentor. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part defines the basic theoretical background, such as sources of financing and an analysis of the state of the company. In the analytical part, individual analysis of the company are subsequently carried out. The essence of the thesis is to recommend the most effective way of financing the planned investment.
