Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu podnikatelského záměru pro ruční výrobu dekorativních koberečků na přání zákazníka. Teoretická část definuje klíčové aspekty podnikání, které je nutné pro tvorbu plánu znát. Analytická část analyzuje současnou situaci na trhu, analyzuje konkurenci a silné, slabé stránky a možné příležitosti a hrozby podnikání. Práce taktéž předkládá vlastní návrhy řešení, včetně finančního plánu a marketingové strategie. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the creation of a business plan for the handmade production of decorative rugs customized to customer's wishes. The theoretical part defines the key aspects of business that are necessary to know for creating the plan. The analytical part analyzes the current market situation, analyzes the competition, and the strengths, weaknesses, possible opportunities, and threats of the business. The work also presents its own proposed solutions, including a financial plan and marketing strategy.
