Bakalářská práce "Analýza kasuistik klientů projektu Vstup do života" se zaměřuje na zhodnocení dvou protikladů výchovy dítěte a to rodinné a ústavní výchovy v České republice a psychickou deprivací, jako následkem neuspokojování potřeb dítěte v ústavní výchově. Dále se zaměřuje na projekt Vstup do života, realizovaným Občanským sdružením Člověk hledá člověka, jehož byla autorka této práce nezávislým hodnotitelem. Hlavní součástí práce jsou informace získané vyhodnocováním kasuistik klientů projektu Vstup do života, pomocí metody obsahové analýzy kasuistik.

Verification of the application of psycho-diagnostic tool Hare Psychopathy Checklist. Contribution to typology of inmates

In the theoretical section of my graduation thesis I deal with the development of the penal system and the classification of inmates; I look at the personality of delinquent in respect of criminogenic factors (biological, social and psychological); further I outline a number of typologies of inmates focusing on the risk assessment and the most frequently used classificatory diagnostic tools in the USA, Canada, and the Great Britain. As the group of inmates with dissocial personality disorder is considered to be high-risk, its correct diagnostics is crucial. For this reason the aim of the empirical part of my graduation thesis is the verification of the applicability of the psycho-diagnostic tool Hare Psychopathy Checklist - Revised (PCL-R): 2nd edition. My research was conducted in Vinařice prison on the sample of 36 inmates that were presumed to suffer from dissocial personality disorder. In order to verify the applicability of PCL-R in our conditions, I have chosen for the comparison already verified method of Eyseneck's questionnaire PEN. The research results confirmed the alternative hypotheses. Personality psychological assessment of eligibility of job applicants in prisons

The main aim of this thesis was to design methodology that could be used for psychological assessment of personal capability of applicants that apply for position of warders in Czech prisons. As fare as my motivation for dealing with this topic is concerned at least two reasons could be mentioned. The first was a need for new tools which would be suitable for effective assessment of applicants. The second reason is more personal and comes out of my need for professional growth in the field. The submitted paper is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical while the second one is empirical. In the first part I deal with a question of selection of employees from a perspective of job analyses, job definition and specification, competence, cognition of personality, determining criteria for assessment of personal capability, procedure of employees' selection and use of assessment centre method. Experiences of some professionals working in Czech prisons were although used to enrich the theoretical part. We tried to create a base that could help us to make "profesiogram", structured interview and methods for selection of employees which would be suitable for assessment of applicants for posts of warders. Selected psychological characteristics of interaction and communication in criminal investigation of violent criminality

The work is focused on selected aspects of interaction and communication between investigator and investigated person in investigation of serious criminality. The primary social-psychological point of view on this interaction tries to stay within the applied focus to the field of investigative psychology. At the beginning the work is focused on important investigative conditions and also social-psychological context. After that it 5 moves to specific conditions on the side of investigated person, to motivation of participation in criminal investigation, to the topic of suggestibility and its role in testimony, importance of psychological disorders in the interaction with the investigator and context of investigation. Another topic is testimony as a result of interaction between investigator and investigated person, this chapter is more specifically focused on problem situations and a question of deceitful testimony. Following is the topic of social pressure in investigation and its different manifestations. Psychological profile of man who failed at community service

The thesis aimed at developing a psychosocial profile of men who failed in the performance of CSS and using the profile to identify and describe some determinants that may have a decisive influence on the successful or unsuccessful execution of CSS. In the theoretical part of the work we try to appreciate the fundamental framework of execution of CSS; prison - his forensic and psychological aspects and to compare findings about the moral structure of criminals. In this work we present a set of distinctive personality characteristics of the sample of sentenced men, who failed in execution of CSS, along with a reflection on the role of external conditions for the pursuit of this sentence. In assessing the results of the group was divided into two parts. Larger portion - roughly two thirds of the included - did not even start the execution of CSS. One third of the observed fulfilled a certain part and then suspended the rest. The results obtained suggest that the decisive influence to start the execution of CSS is a position of sentenced on offense and identity, absence of violent antisocial attitude, ability of the convicted person to experience feelings of guilt, empathy and its anchoring in the personal relationships that are created during its social development in childhood. WORK ITS WAY BUILDS ON THE FORMER THESIS, WHERE WAS THE SELECTION TO A SPECIALIZED DEPARTMENTS DISCUSSED. THE FOCUS OF THE THESIS IS TO FIND OUT CHARACTER AND OCCUPATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS THAT ARE NECESSARY FOR SUCCESFUL SERVE IN THESE UNITS, AS WELL AS THE FINDINGS, WHAT ARE THE NEW REQUIREMENTS AND NEEDS, WHICH OF THIS SELECTION BRINGS, TO THE FUTURE. Influence of personality profiles and social labour conditions on activity of military units in military missions abroad

This comparing analysis judges differences of personality profiles of the soldiers in military missions in present time and during the first "new-age" Czech military missions abroad. lt describes psychological conditions in actual military missions and the ones during the nineties of 201 h century in its social and labor aspects. lt gives the answers to questions how the change of military missions abroad, military duty and army as whole is connected with the shift of personality profile of the people who apply for military service in present and whom the service in missions abroad does not pose problems and compares collected facts with the era of the initial ones. lt explains how the labor psychological requirements are reflected in personality of soldiers who apply for a military service in missions abroad nowadays. Psychosocial atmosphere in a specialised detachment prison of Příbram

This diploma work deals with a psychosocial atmosphere in a prison background. It highlights recent changes in our prison system and investigates their intluence on psychosocial progress' atmosphere, which was felt by a group of drug addicted men, who were under special care in a specialized detachment for drug addicts. Findings are compared to parallel research of a homogenous group of convicted drug addicted prisoners in a standard prison environment. The work itself is based on the original R. H. Moose' technigue CIES, which has been developed for psycho-social climate research in the prison. The updated Czech form of this answer sheet from 1984 became a principle of this work.

Psychological problematics of convicts

Předkládaná rigorózní práce se zabývá aktuálními problémy výehovného zacházení s odsouzenými a jeho účinnosti z forenzně psychologického hlediska. Reaguje na kontinuálně probíhající systémové změny ve vězeňství, které od devadesátých let významně mění .celkovou koncepci i způsob výkonu trestu ve smyslu jeho humanizace. Zachycuje vznik a vývoj i současný stav problematiky vnitřní diferenciace odsouzených ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Tématicky a obsahově navazuje na obdobně zaměřené vlastní dřívější práce. Samotné téma vyplynulo jednak z bezprostředních potřeb penitenciární praxe, jednak z nutnosti realizace legislativních změn uskutečňovaných ve vězeňství prostřednictvím zákona o výkonu trestu a prováděcích vyhlášek. Nastolení problému vnitřní diferenciace u dospělých odsouzených nebylo ničím samoúčelným a nnléhnvčji vyvstalo teprv~ a:ž jako důsledek systémových změn podmínek ve vězeňství jako ceiku i v jednotlivých věznicích. Bylo zároveň odpovědí na závažné problémy s vězni v konkrétních podmínkách věznic pro výkon trestu a jednou z možností řešení nově vzniklé situace. Hledaly se cesty řešení, přičemž uplatňování rozličných variant vnitřní diferenciace se stalo jednou z nich. Její uplatňování v praxi znamenalo změnu přístupu k odsouzeným.
