Distribution warehouses in Prague - construction technology project

The subject of this thesis is the construction and technological project for distribution warehouses in Prague. Textual part contains a technical report on construction technology project, wider relations of traffic routes with marked critical points, the study of the main technological stages of the building, principles of organization of construction, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological regulations, inspection and test plans, health and safety on the site. In the section with attachments there is a map of the locality, drawings of site facilities, including road signs, charts of the movement of machines, the schedule of the main building structure, the budget of the main building structure, a plan for securing material resources, time and financial plan, an economic evaluation of site facilities, details and other technical documentation stages.

Installation of an industrial building in Sudoměřice

The bachelor thesis aids to describe the constructional and technological phase of the rough development of the Production and Assembly Hall of PRIMARC s.r.o. situated in Sudoměřice. The kontent of the thesis is the solid project’s technical report, the solution of logistics of the oversized transport, suggesting of the machine setup, the equipment of the construction zone, the technological method of prefabrication skeleton, the itemized budget, time schedule, the inspection and test plan and the site safety and health plan. In the attachment there are the assembly drawings of all components construction, the equipment of the construction zone, the drawings of point of interest for designed path, the logistics and safety markings, the inspection and test plan, time schedule and the itemized budget of the hall that is being constructed.

Construction technology study stage of roof

The aim of this work is the construction of a technological project for the construction of roof structures of a new apartment building on the street Sochorova in Brno. The thesis deals with technological regulations for the implementation of flat and vegetation roofs. Technological regulations are complemented by design of machine assemblies, control and test plans, technical report of site facilities, work safety protocol, budgets, time schedules and a protocol on the principles of construction organization.

Environmental assessment of the building impact on the surroundings of Dukla barracks in Opava

The carried out environmental study of the original area of the Dukel Barracks in Opava provides an assessment of the impact of buildings on its surroundings and establishes evaluation criteria for comparing the original solution of the area with the newly proposed solution. It is provided with an international evaluation methodology GREENPASS, which aims precisely at determining the functional parameters of construction projects, for example, also from the point of view of the new European agenda EU Taxonomy. The study evaluates the overheating of the surroundings, the possibility of creating a heat island, the effect of wind flow and ventilation, the degree of shading, changes in outflow parameters and CO2 sequestration. Dukla barracks in Opava is a set of historical military buildings from the end of the 19th century, which the Statutory City of Opava plans to revitalize and transform into residential buildings with an emphasis on the creation of a community space for the creation of social ties between its residents. The new design of the area is involved selected historical reconstructed barracks buildings, new green areas, sports fields, parking for residents and visitors. The area of warehouses, original stables and operational buildings will be replaced by new modern apartment buildings of a private developer. The presented study evaluates an area of 5 ha with a central courtyard, a sports field, original buildings and new apartment buildings.
