Design of a manual milling head designed for technological operations on medium heavy workpieces
Nedbal, David ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with mechanical design of right-angle manual milling head for headstock of horizontal boring machine of Fermat production. The thesis includes research of milling head types, Fermat production heads, but also heads of competition companies with similar parameters like designed head. Design part of thesis is about describing used components of chosen solution. The thesis includes also technical report describing calculation of load spectrum from machining, design of gears, calculation of reactions in spindle bearings, spindle deformation and control of spindle bearings. The end of the thesis describes financial evaluation including also comparation with competitive milling heads with similar parameters.
Current trends in the development of automatic tool change at milling machines
Bilko, Tomáš ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is creating expert research of whole classification, description and evaluation of tool changing systems for milling centers.
Construction design of woodworking machinery
Doležal, Martin ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with designing woodworking piece of machinery for thicknessing technology, surfacing planer, cutting and mortising, which are combined by changeable adapters. Thesis cointains a survey of selected woodworking machinery and technologies. It also provides an overview of safety rules for manipulation with woodworking machines and also safety features the machinery must comprise. The technical evaluation is included.
Design of belt grinder
Man, Lukáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This Master’s thesis concerns the construction of Belt Grinder. The research part deals with types of designs used in Belt Grinders, grinding technology and analysis of grinding/sanding belts which are used for grinding. With use of qualitative methods as Fault Tree Analysis and Quality Function Deployment, the whole topic is taken apart in more detail, so the topic of Belt Grinder is easier to understand. In the next part of the work, the necessary parameters are calculated and then the construction of a Belt grinder for flat surfaces and rounded grinding are modeled. This is followed by a risk assessment analysis, including forms for estimating and subsequently proposing measures to reduce these risks. Part of the work is also the technical and economic evaluation and estimated costs for the implementation of proposed structure.
Group theoretical properties of the group generated by the action of the AES-128 key schedule
Appah, Patrick ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Aragona, Riccardo (advisor)
The AES key scheduling algorithm selects the round keys which are xor-ed with the partially encrypted state in each iteration. In this work, we examine the group that arises from the AES-128 key scheduling operation. We show that the smallest group _AES containing and all translations of the message space is primitive. This implies that we cannot have a linear partition of the message space that is invariant under the action of _AES .
Design of spindle for lathe
Novotný, Timotej ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of headstock of turning center. The introduction of the work is devoted to a brief description of turning centers and detailed description of individual parts of headstock. The main part of the work consists of determining the characteristics of the headstock, calculations necessary for design and dimensioning and calculations using the finite element method. The result of the work is a 3D model of the designed headstock and drawing documentation.
Design of the bottom housing manipulator of the toner cartridge
Horák, Jiří ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on bottom housing manipulator of the toner cartridge concept, construction and economical analysis. This manipulator should be potentially integrated into the toner cartridge assembling and filling prodution line. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on manipulation issues and object manipulation. Practical part consists of conception desing part which is followed by multi criteria decision analysis. Next part is focused on Construction and pneumatic scheme. Economical analysis is also part of the thesis. The diploma thesis also contain 3D models of the manipulator and drawing documentation.
A design of self-centering steady rest for CNC lathe
Mjartan, Lukáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a self centering lunette for a CNC lathe. In the beginning of the thesis the problem of clamping on the lathe is analysed. In the next part, research of lunettes available on the market is made. The following section describes the design of the main parts of the lunette. Based on calculations, a 3D model is created. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the design with emphasis on the possible future production and operation of this device.
Design of a remote-controlled handling truck for transporting material in production
Hurtík, Daniel ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Huzlík, Rostislav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design and construction of a remote-controlled handling cart for transporting material in production with a maximum total weight of 1,000 kg. The first area is devoted to the current state of knowledge and research in the field of handling carts used for material transport as well as for other applications. Furthermore, in the second part, a system analysis follows, where the important parameters that will have to be observed during the design are listed. In the third area, the proposed solution variants are specified in more detail and the winning variant for all important components and systems is specified according to the calculation procedures. The fourth part is devoted to the calculation and design of essential components, so that they are correctly selected or sized. The next part of the work focuses on the chosen electrical equipment and construction design. The sixth area of work is devoted to the economic evaluation of the developed model against the competitive solution and the last area of work deals with the final evaluation and use in practice.
